"The seller I bought from was very helpful in answering any questions I had about the phone. But the phone I got has some pretty bad burn in of the t-mobile update screen. When I look at the picture of the device from the seller page the burn in is there, but a camera doesn't do it justice on how severe it is. I think as long as you take the time to really really look at the phone you're buying (especially if it's OLED) please use chrome to zoom in and check everything over, and you should be in good shape. I'm happy with the phone overall (Samsung Galaxy S7) and won't be returning it. Hopefully some apps on the play store can help the burn in, I've been leaving it overnight on "burn in reducer" the last couple days and it seems to be making the burn in less noticable, so I will continue to do that and hopefully it will bring the screen to a quality level I find suitable. Remember though, I bought this whole phone which looks near brand new (minus the screen burn in) for $20 above the price of an OLED screen replacement for it. I consider that a fantastic deal and I'm very likely to use swappa again. Stay safe and happy hunting."

Staff (or volunteer or whatever they are nowadays) can be arrogant and unprofessional these days even though you would expect more professionalism after they increased the prices a few years ago.
