"Purchased one pair of swim trunks online. They gave me a timeline of 3-7 business days for shipping. On the 7th day, the product hadn't arrived so I contacted the owner, Bruno. Bruno told me that he didn't know what I was talking about and that it takes 2-6 weeks for shipping. I took a screenshot of his website and the 3-7 day shipping and sent it to him. He did not respond. I then informed him that I would like my money back. He still did not respond. I then informed him that I would be reporting him to the Better Business Bureau, which I did. He finally responded after that one, saying that since I threatened to contact the BBB that there was now nothing he would do for me.
The owner lied to me, refused to respond, and then refused to right the wrong in any way shape or form. DO NOT EVER PURCHASE FROM HERE!"
"Highly disappointed with this store. They have botched several of my orders. Two they sent to the wrong address, and one time they sent me someone else's order. They held my order ransom until I sent back the wrong order at my expense. Their customer service is deplorable. They attempted to blame me for their mistakes, and even blatantly lied when I called them on this. After my most current and now last order, I received a call from my banking institution who notified me they had a high fraud rating. BEWARE. While they do have a nice product selection, their price point and atrocious customer service make the a poor choice. Check their ratings..8 out 10 customers give the a poor rating. Go elsewhere, you deserve better."
"I bought a pair of $45 DMC swim fins. After using them for a few weeks I found they hurt my knee and hip. I stopped using them, knee and hip back to normal. Called Swim2000 to see if I could return them. Nope. Since I'd actually used them in the water, they would not take them back. Horrible customer service. Would never buy anything from them again and I recommend that you don't either. I swim every day. How can I not try a new pair of fins in the water to see if they fit, hurt body parts etc.? Ridiculous policy! Very disappointed!"
"I have ordered several items that needed to be delivered in Macedonia (Southeast Europe), and guess what, they did not arrive! Although Swim2000 have provided a tracking number for this international shipment and they charged extra for it, at the end it was proven that the tracking was only for US, and not international, so it got lost over Jamaica NY. Swim2000 refused to respond to my e-mails and my demand of returning funds or resending the items!!!"

"I placed an order on 11/22/2011 it did not ship until 11/30. I was lied to three times. First I was told it would ship in 24 hours, that didn't happen, then I called and was told the 28th when that did not happen I was told it would ship opn the 29th they even sent a tracking number - they priinted a label, it did not ship until the 30th. They claim the delay was due to Thanksgiving. A one week delay due to thanksgiving ??
Bottom line: Placed the order on the 11/22 shipped on 11/30 will get delivery on 12/7.
They did not offer to expedite, they obviously don't want repeat customers. stay away from Swim2000"
"I ordered a suit from Swim2000 one evening. I called the next day to verify the suit was in stock and was told it was. I did not receive an email regarding the shipping, so I called back, and was told the suit was on backorder. Since I was originally told the suit was in stock the customer service rep told me she would ship the suit 3 day express. The next day I get an email indicating the suit was shipped UPS ground and would arrive the day AFTER the swim meet that it was purchased. I called and spoke to the owner. He told me there was nothing he could do because there were no notes in the system with special shipping instructions. I asked him to send me the suit, 2nd day or over night, and he would not do it. I told him that I buy a lot of swim gear online and asked him why I should make another purchase from Swim2000 and he told me it was a customer service mistake that could not be corrected. He had no interest in keeping me as a customer and took no responsibility for this unfortunate experience. "
"Ordered through Amazon.com on 8/4 and they shipped it 8/9 per UPS record of pickup. They charged me for nearly $7.00 of S&H for UPS ground shipping when, for the size of the item, they can ship that First Class Mail which is cheaper. and UPS ground doesn't coast that much for the weight of the item.
Contact Returns and I will have to pay for the return shipping and told me that I didn't read their return policy. Their Return Policy on Amazon's website is blank. Swim2000 did not provide any return policy on Amazon's website nor any satisfaction guarantee policy. The only thing in there is their phone number and email address to contact

"I ordered two pairs of Nike goggles on Friday morning. The next day, I received an email with USPS shipping details and on Monday noon the package was in my mailbox. The packaging was excellent, plus the price for the goggles was the best I could find anywhere."
"I placed a $400 order with the site and hopefully to get some discount. I acquired a 10% discount coupon online and applied that with my order. Three days later, I received an email and saying the 10% discount only offered to new customers, and the discount has been canceled.
I ordered from them over a year ago with an old email address I no longer used. The new 10% discount coupon I acquired was from my recent email address, and their site did not say the discount only applied to each household ever once.
Since their prices prior the discount are not cheaper than other online stores, I replied their email and requested to cancel the order. I received an email immediately (that was 11:30 p.m.) from their "customer service" and said the order has been canceled, and I am not allowed to order from them again.
I cannot believe Swim2000 has such arrogant and rude services. Actually, I saw their booth at one swim meet. That is a small and one-man store. There is no such so called "customer service". The customer service is the owner himself.
He called me dishonest. His site did not indicate the discount only apply to each household. My understanding was it applied to each email address purchased from them, plus I have never received discount from my previous order from them which was over one year ago. The store owner got mad that I requested to cancel my order and called me "dishonest" ?!?!?!
I have shoped online A LOT. I have never experienced such bad attitude from any sites ever. It's not I retured a used merchandise and acquired a refund. I was just trying to save money and followed the instruction to acquire a discount coupon. He could simply tell me the discount only applies to each household instead of calling names.
This site's owner is very childish, arrogant and rude. If you search carefully on the internet, there are other sites offer cheaper prices and with fast services. I am not the only one complained about Swim2000's attitude.

"Yes website is user friendly but when i ordered Z2 fins from Swim 2000 and went by the sizing chart given on their website. I received the fins but they were too big for me. I don't think i should pay shipping fees for returning them to Swim 2000 but after speaking to the Manager and owner of Swim 2000, he was so rude on the phone and actually hung up on me.I will never order anything from this website again and will also advise customers not to if don't want to be riped off!!"

I was e-mailed 4 days later that the item was shipped and the USPS delivered the item six days after that. Item was well packaged and arrived in good condition and was exactly as ordered."
