"If you do not need the item quick and you don't mind if they do not answer or return your calls. Then this place is for you. Took almost 3 weeks to get my order. Tried to call and left messages over 15 times, nobody answers the phone, it is always a recording....all times of the day. They do not call you back. If you get lucky to get through, you are told that it is being 'direct shipped' from the vendor. You can submit your concerns on line for support, but they respond with one liners and never give you a straight answer. My advice, pay an extra couple bucks at another place where you can call up and actually talk to someone. You have a cholce, so choose wisely.

I bought a heat pump from them online on 5/23, it wasn't delivered until 6/23. Discovered that the power requirements were actually higher that I could supply so requested an RMA. Got RMA on July 9th. Shipped back the pump on July 29th and it arrived on August 1st. As of September 25th I still have not seen the charge reversed on my CC. Now I am out $3000 plus $600 shipping and I have nothing to show for it.

Signed on for monthly pool service with them so we shall see how they are after firing my old pool guy. The in-laws are switching to them after this month if that says anything about referrals."
"Ordered a pool pump from Joe on 9-3-2013 and he said it would ship that day and should arrive two days later. Well, today is 9-6 and no pump and the order said "processing" on their website. I called and got a woman to answer and she hemmed and hawed for a while saying it didn't appear that the pump was shipped. She said that she couldn't see any tracking information, well, duh, that's because there wasn't any. I told her that I needed the pump today or would have to find one locally and needed to know if it had shipped (she doubted it did). She said she would "email the warehouse". I asked why she couldn't just call over to the warehouse and she said that the warehouse communications must be by email so there is a written record.
She said it would only take a few minutes to get the email back and then would call me. About 30 minutes later when I didn't hear back from her I called the main phone number and got the message that all staff were busy and couldn't come to the phone. I called a couple more times and the phone went right to this message. I clued in right away that they were blowing my phone calls off, so decided to have my wife call from her number which they didn't have and they answered right away ;) The lady tells my wife that I had already called "4 times", actually, I only called the one time and the follow up calls were never answered, yet she knew I had called 4 times...LMAO!! So, the woman tells my wife that they are still waiting on the warehouse to get back to her...puhlease! Wife checks with our credit card company and they charged our card, but haven't shipped our pump.
I made the mistake of checking the BBB accreditation site after making the purchase due to the way I was handled on the phone. Their BBB rating is an "F"! Buyers beware, just because their website looks totally legitimate, they have numerous unresolved complaints about them and this type of situation with not delivering the goods, but charging the customer is par for the course.
Edit: I just got off the phone with the customer service rep and she gave me a Fedex tracking number that says "not found". I asked the lady if she just shipped this pump since I had called and told her I needed it today, not next week. She said that it shipped and that was my tracking number. I told her that she lied to me because when I called earlier she couldn't find any information on the shipping. I asked to speak with Joe and he said it just shipped this morning at 0700, I asked how that was possible if he didn't know that it hadn't shipped since I called this afternoon for the first time. Joe said that it started to ship from Atlanta, but the box was damaged, then it had to ship from his Florida warehouse. He apologized for the delay and offered me a $10 credit for a future purchase. He said he felt bad about the pump not being shipped the day I ordered it and said he would drive it up here himself if he could. My gut says they didn't ship the pump when they were supposed to, then when I called to complain, the whole "email the warehouse routine" was so they could send it out with Fedex really quick and give me a tracking number so I would have no recourse but to accept delivery and then pay a 20% restocking fee if I didn't want the pump. The staff here have talked in circles and have blatantly lied about what actually happened. Please, if anyone reads this, the customer service at Swim N Save USA really sucks, don't do business with them."

- Nobody responded to my online inquiry after 13 days had passed (order number 10075 [Ticket Id: S38273-T1305]).
- I tried to call to follow-up. But, the customer service phone number and extension went to voice mail almost all the time.
- After about 12 phone dials, I finally was able to reach Jacqueline who said she didn't know why my order was delayed. She said that she would have to email the warehouse to check on my order, wait for their response, and then would have to call me back. (Huh?)
- She never called me back. I was unable to ever reach her again. Never heard from her again.
- I tried calling again. Nobody in customer service answered the phone after half a dozen dials. I finally had to hit an option to speak to someone in a totally different department -- because I was unable to reach anyone else -- and he told me that my order had finally shipped that day."

Well, 3 years later my cell goes out and I tried to get customer service to help via their web site. Received a ticket number with no other communication back. Called many times and customer service has recording of ...leave a message... which was left during customer service hours. Getting ready to write the president a letter and decided to write a post on Facebook on the Swim N Save site. About 2 minutes later I had a response and the representative was very helpful and answered all my questions in about 5 minutes. I want to personally thank Joe B. in commercial division to be part of the team and really helping me out. Way to go and give that boy a raise....."
