I was a new customer, referred to you by a friend. I discovered that your bot already knew all my contact info and my credit card number, before I placed my order! And it assumed that I was opening an Account. All of that was startling and scary! I am very concerned about identity theft, and your over-the-top process just added to my fears. And then since I placed my order, I’ve gotten texts and emails every day, That’s excessive! I frequently order stuff online, and your company is by far the most aggressive of any merchant that I’ve worked with. I won’t be recommending you to others, unless they enjoy being bombarded by your ads, emails, and texts."
