"I made a purchase via SwimOutlet for her high school swim's team store. The colors are very clearly purple and gold, the examples on the website are very clearly purple and gold, except the colors I received were blue and gold. 0/5 Stars
The customer service is non-existent, I have spoken with several through SwimOutlet, only to be finally told to contact an outside entity that handles custom orders. I have sent two emails, and have left 2+ voicemails and have not received one response. It's now been over a month. Good thing they had no issue taking my $350 order though!!!

"This is the first time I have ordered from Swim Outlet. Order 2 different Parkas. Received confirmation for both however, then received an email saying one was Out-of-Stock and they said, I had order 3 and only order one of that item. They are refunding my money on the one that is out of stock. Confused why they are refunding for 3 parkas when I only ordered one. Hopefully, the company will let me know when they are in stock again, as this is a Christmas gift for my niece."
