"I have been swim outlet customer for over 6 yrs. They have always maintained a great selection of training suits and priced competitively. Just ordered 3 suits for the beginning of the swim year, easy navigation and orders are already on the way.

"Swimoutlet is becoming our main shopping destination for swim gears and accessories since our swim team struck a partnership with one of the famous brand and placed the team store on swimoutlet and some times we need to gears within 2-3 days to catch the practice or the swim meet.
I signed up for swimoutlet+ membership hoping to get a better pricing points and I was also expecting a better shipping service. However, the included free shipping is only for $50 or more orders and some items are not eligible for that and I ended up paying shipping fees anyways.
Moreover, it takes very long time before I receive the items (more than a week), not to mention custom items which is taking over a month. As I mentioned, we really like to see our stuff arriving within 2-3 days at most, so one week or more is too long for us.
Why don't you guys increase the membership a little bit, but include free 2 days delivery option similar to Amazon prime?
Everyone is accustomed to Amazon way of shipping now, even without prime membership, packages usually don't take more than 3 days to arrive.

"The order placed defaulted to an address in Canada I had used once before. As soon as the order was placed I realized this (delivery fees!!!) and got onto the customer chat and submitted 3 different requests to cancel the order if they couldn't change the address. I was assured that I would receive an email about this since there were no customer service agents available to talk to me. However, the order shipped to the Canadian address. Can't believe that there was no way to change the order once placed since I tried to contact them immediately after the order was placed."

"I had a swimsuit in my cart that had gone on sale but didn’t realize it and it didn’t show up for sale in my cart. After I purchased it I went back to check on the size and saw that it had been marked down 20% but I had paid the full price. Other than that it has been fine but I have not received my suits yet. "
