What I don't like is you taking the liberty of making my membership fee a recurring charge on my credit card. This is for your benefit and not my convenience. It was not easy to reverse this process that I did not specifically ask for. Your instructions on how to do so were unclear, incomplete and misleading.
Also you are absolutely blowing up my inbox and that's not cool. I do not need several emails a day from a swimming gear site.
