"I ordered a swimsuit and goggles from Swim Outlet. Today I received notifications that my order had shipped and that I was receiving a refund. Hmmm. When I looked at what had been shipped I saw that only the goggles were shipped - no swimsuit. I did not receive any notification about this from Swim Outlet about this before they shipped. They didn't ask me if I wanted to cancel my order since they could not ship what I had ordered. They didn't ask me if I wanted them to back order the swimsuit. They didn't communicate with me at all. They didn't even bother to tell me why they couldn't ship the product that they had allowed me to order. Customer service? Don't expect it from Swim Outlet."

I’ve returned them and ordered size 9. I’m praying they fit. All that being said Swim outlet made it very easy to return them except for the fact that I had to pay 6$ to return them and then turn around and pay shipping again when I ordered the size down. Swim outlet has great communication though and I really appreciated the Happy Returns option. No boxing to return them, just took them to participating location and they handle all that. "
