Refunds are a scam! Straight up theft!

"I returned my whole purchase for a refund to original card. Instead they supposedly sent an email with a gift card that I do NOT want. Conveniently I have no record of this email and they have no record of the gift card because it was more than 90 days ago. I should have paid more attention but I have never had a reputable online retailer just keep my money like this. It was over $150. Customer service supervisors hard to reach. I feel like they do it all on purpose to keep your money. Shady shady shady!!"

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

"Horrible customer service!!!! They shipped my item via USPS; the package was returned because the shipping label was not processed properly. Any attempt to get my money back was unsuccessful! They insist that they will process refund when the item is received back. But refused to acknowledge that I am not in control of that because I never had it in the first place. What if it's lost? The answer: you won't get your money back than... I tried to communicate through e-mails, calls, called the supervisor and finally left a message with the corporate "customer care": no response from them.
I will NEVER purchase from them again!!!

Horrible Customer service, dishonest business services

"I just spend 1H30 on a chat to fix this...
Ordered 2 bikini sets, (2 tops 2 bottoms), they sent me an email telling me that they issued a refund for 3 of the pieces, so I'm left with a top that has no bottom to match... but since it was AVAILABLE the sipped it even if the bottom is not.
I had received the confirmation email stating that all was ok...no BO.
My order was going to cost a total of 148,50$ for all 4 pieces and now it's 95$ for one top...because yes... it was already shipped by the time they sent me the refund notice! SOOO FRUSTRATED!!! I'm paying 60$ shipping for a 35$ top ...
It could have been so simple :
Send an email stating that some items are back ordered, do you want to proceed with the available piece...THAT'S IT!!
Very disapointed!

Poor business practices

"I needed to return an item and instead received a gift card for the amount equal to the product, $46. I had no need of any of their other products so bought as item so as not to lose my money. The shipping on the purchase which I used the gift card on was $12, almost 25% of the 'refund'. Do not purchase from this site unless you are absolutely sure you will not need to return. They will exchange items but will not refund. You will lose a large part of your refund on shipping. Terrible business practice! Will never shop here again. "

How best to lose your money!

"I purchased a swimsuit which I did return. They did issue me a gift card for the return amount but now says it is not listed in their system since it's over 90 days. It shouldn't matter as gift cards, by law, do not have an expiration date. Horrible customer service, horrible company! Advised to check "unclaimed property website". I did and it's not listed. "

Terrible Service for Canadians

"I called in and spoke to the customer service department who said they would refund my postage to send the items back that I was returning. I had to include my receipt from my postage which I did. Now they are saying they will not refund my postage and took off over $30 from my original return for fees and shipping. I have been told twice it would be refunded and now they are saying they will not

Credit

"Could not figure out how to apply my credit to my order, accidentally sent order. Emailed immediately. Called today and talked to Val, not helpful at all.
Will not adjust my order or credit to my card. $26 is amount of credit, will credit my card minus $9. Not acceptable!
Val told me she did not have a supervisor, then said there was nothing they could do, finally said the are not accepting calls.
Very POOR Customer service!!
Will NOT order from here again!

Took 3 months to receive full order, and then would not take returns.

"Terrible! My intention was to order 3 items, and return anything that did not fit. It took 3 months to receive the full order (even when asking to cancel). They then would not accept the return on items sent earlier in the month. They were very clear that people on military orders living overseas do not get any additional time for their returns to be received. Took Over 30 Days To Get My Order. They Couldn't Care Less.

"I ordered 3 swimsuits for the summer swim season. After 14 days with no contact, I called to check on the status of the suits. The customer service person said they were behind trying to fill the order. At 21 days, I called again to check on the order. Again, they said they were behind, and offered a refund. At 28 days, I called again, and the order had finally shipped. When the order finally arrived, I had lost over a month of the season, so I didn't need all 3 suits. I returned two. So far, no return has shown up on my credit card."

AVOID swimsuitsforall.com at all costs!!

"I ordered from swimsuitsforall and they charged $25 for shipping but took over a month to get me the first part of my order. THEN they told me the rest was on back order and would be shipped in another month but they promised not to charge me for the backorder. But of course they DID charge me for the back ordered items and refused to cancel the order because it's already 'in process' even though it's not getting sent out for another month. The customer service was horrible. I will never shop here again."

Terrible service

"I ordered more than $130 in clothing at deep discounts on 5/29. It didn't ship until 6/14. I tracked it to 6/18 with USPS and then it dropped off the face of the earth. I spoke to Customer Service at the vendor,Swimsuits for All, on 6/22. They told me it was with Bitney Bowes (? don't ask me how it got there) but that they could not tell me when it would be delivered. They would not refund my money--they had, of course, already billed my credit card, until JULY 14!! I escalated my concerns to a supervisor and got nowhere. If you really want a swimsuit, DO NOT buy from this group of companies!!"

Communication could be improved significantly if the would listen to the consumer.

Misleading Shipping Dates

"I ordered and paid for expedited, Super Fast Shipping which "Will arrive within 2 business days if ordered by 3 pm (Eastern)." I received my confirmation email on Wednesday at 10:52am. My package will not arrive until Monday, May 24 which is after I leave on my vacation. NO WHERE did it state that there would be this delay. I did get a pop-up stating that not all items (specifically, the free gift) would be available to ship that quickly. I would have gone to a brick & mortar store had I been honestly informed. I have been a customer for years and referred many friends and family members. No more. I will return the 3 swimsuits I purchased as soon as I return from my vacation and never order again from Swimsuits For All. In addition, the customer service representative was rude and continually talked over me."

Worst Company with no customer service

"Buyer beware..this company has long delays in shipping and its impossible to contact them or cancel an order. Even though items haven't been shipped--they will not cancel or return payment. I ordered after web site stated they will ship within 4 days--2 weeks later they still have no idea when it will ship. If you order a suit for a vacation- order 4 months ahead and remember--they will not cancel or refund. I am filing dispute through paypal."

New Online Find " Swimsuits for all"

"I have a time finding bathing suit tops that fit well. I came across this webpage and decided to take a look around! I really like the way it is set up, the sizing chart are excellent. Though I'm in between sizes, I've learned always got for the larger size as long as I find a top that has tie options, this way it can be loosened or tighter. This is the best top fit ever with Full Coverage !! I love it so much, I came back and ordered another one a week later from receiving my first order.
I live in Florida so lots of sunbathing for this gal!!

Easy join and set up account, saved Credit Card for future purchases, Rakuten cash back, Shipping time was good!!

Also on first order ever, there was an issue that needed to be addressed. I called and talked to the supervisor. She was a great help and awarded me My 25% off code that I used for today's purchase!! Another AVENGER HALTER BIKINI TOP
