" I bought a swimsuit that was too big so I returned it - it was past the return of 60 days so they were going to send it back to me it’s been months and I’ve never seen the swimsuit . Now they say it’s not their fault they sent it through the mail and they have no idea what happened to it I’m just out the money . If I sent them a payment and they said they never got it they would still hold me responsible to it. But when it turns around and they have not sent me my swimsuit back somehow they are not responsible for that ? I have sent numerous emails trying to get some sort of resolution and have gotten nowhere . They have terrible customer service and keep sending me the same message “it takes 2 to 3 weeks for a return . “ You would be better to go somewhere else unless you’re absolutely 100% positive the swimsuit is going to fit . Because once you buy it you are no longer a care to them. "
" If you decide a bathing suit isn’t right for you, and decide to return it if you use their shipping label would you would assume would be to return it then they will email you a gift card you will not get it back on your card . No big deal expect when u don’t get the email and they will not under any circumstances help u . The company sees I returned over 100 dollars worth of merchandise but said they will not resend email ... reported to bbb tried to fight with my credit card but it was after there 60 day policy before I even realized I hadn’t gotten the e gift card "
"My chlorine resistant swimsuit only lasted two months (about five times actually wearing it) before it started showing signs of fading. Swimsuits for all refused to give me a refund or an exchange. Very poor customer service when they can’t even stand behind their product! Do not shop with this company! I certainly won’t be doing any more business with them! "Wish I read the reviews here and shopped somewhere else. Ordered two tankini tops and paid for shipping. They took forever to arrive. One of the slowest places I've ever ordered from (and I order a lot on-line as I live in a rural area). One of the tops fit fine and the quality was good for what I paid for it. Other top didn't fit and was extremely poor quality. In order to return it for a refund I have to pay a $7.50 return fee, plus return shipping. No way will I ever order another thing from this company. "
"I ordered a top and was charged $9 for shipping. That was allright but when I returned it with tags they took 16.43 off my top for shipping. How do they figure that ? They gave me a lame excuse . It was because I used their return label. I feel I should have paid $9. They also issued a egift card instead of my debit card. They did give me that satisfaction and put it back on my debit. I bought 2 other tops which I plan on returning because they are a horrible company. By the way I did like other two tops. Too bad. I suppose I'll get hit with a return fee even if I pay postage myself. Buyer beware!!!!! Think twice before you order from them!!!! I won't make that mistake again. I should have "read their horrible reviews". Lots of people are unhappy with them. I guess they are making money on returns. Never ever again from me!!!!"
"Want to give a zero star
"Retuned 150 Dollars worth of merchandise won’t return my money. It’s a terrible company. Do not order ever. Going to report to BBB" BUYERS BEWARE. I WISHED I HAD READ THE REVIEWS. VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I'M OUT MONEY!!! THEY ****!"
" I am INCREDIBLY disappointed by the customer service I received today from your Company. I returned a suit within the 60 day return time, as stated on their return form, and was told I would not get a refund because they did not scan it into their system with the 60 days. It was sent on Dec 19 and they didnt scan until Jan 3rd. So I guess I am still on the hook even though the Post Office had the package! You have lost a customer over a $70 suit.
Poor Customer Service!"
"I have been shopping with Swimsuits For All, and their many related companies (Woman Within, Full Beauty, Roamans, etc.) for years now. I swim a lot and purchase a LOT of suits. I have never once had a return problem until now. I purchased 3 swimsuits in the size I regularly buy. Every single one of them were FAR smaller than the same exact suit, same exact size as I had previously purchased. I sent them back for an exchange. Got the replacements: one of which was just as bad sizing wise. I returned that one for a store credit, which now I will never use. That was a month ago.
Today I received all three of the original suits back in the mail with a note saying that they were "old/worn merchandise" and were refusing the return...AFTER they had already charged me for and shipped the replacements. Called customer service wanting to know what the hell was going on. I was told that they recently changed their return policy from 90 days to 60 days, and apparently in the chaos of the holiday season I missed this new deadline by a couple of days. I own a retail store, it was December. It didn't occur to me to check and see if they changed their return policy. I was told by "Eric" that a lot of this has been happening, but too bad, nothing can be done. Oh, and "Sorry for the inconvenience."
I guess each and every time I make one of my many purchases from any of these companies, that I must thoroughly read every bit of their website to be sure they haven't changed their policies. I have been regularly buying about 80% of my clothing from these companies for about 10 years now. I swim about 4 times a week and go through bathing suits fast. I can't begin to guess the number of times I've recommended Swimsuits For All to people at the aquatic center. I'll be letting everyone one of them (some who started shopping with them) know that this is NOT a reputable company any more.
Great job Swimsuits For All! Not only have they lost a long time customer of ALL their brands, I will be canceling all of their branded credit cards and will be certain to spread the word that none of these companies can be trusted.
Don't shop here.

"Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered a bikini using their own sizing charts. It was HUGE! After trying to return the bikini I was told that the entire product had to reach the warehouse and be processed under 60 days (an event that took two whole weeks). My order was processed and billed to me within 5 days so I am very certain they can process orders quickly. After trying to work with customer service reps and continue to gift them with my business I was told that they would not except the brand new, never been worn, piece for a return. Regardless that I was exchanging for another product of equal or greater value.
I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. They made the already crappy process of buying swimwear terrible."
"I was sent the wrong item. I called in and returned the item. The item I ordered was out of stock. They just sent the wrong item back and did not try to fix the issue that they created! The top I ordered and paid for cost more than the item I received. They would not even issue a credit to my account!"
"DUMB DUMB DUMB!!! I purchased a bikini bottom Oct. 30 and it went on sale the VERY next day. Called customer service and was told they do not do adjustments. I could re-purchase the item and send back the other item. What a dumb unnecessary hassle!!!!! What happened to customer service!?!?!? This is my 2nd incident where they did not even TRY to work with me!!!! The first incident they sent me to bikini tops in error. They will NEVER see another dime from me!!!! Told me I would have to purchase all over again!!! SMH they ****!!!!!!!!"
" I am very disappointed in the quality of what I purchased. I bought two suits one is too big and the other has a thread around the waist unraveling, but since I wore it twice I can't return it. That leaves me with nothing to wear to teach Saturday. They offered me a $10 credit. Big deal, I need to resew the suit. Stay away from them. If everything is perfect with the product and fit, no worries, but if you have a problem. You have the problem, not Swim Suits for All."
"I purchased a swimsuit and it was to bu il just wanted a smaller size I had paid for it with PayPal. Was told I would have to buy the smaller size and they would credit me at a later date. I was leaving for vacation and opted for a y money back. They told me e that since I used pop PayPal they would only give me a credit. So they took a e for sixty dollars"
"They would be better off, like many of the sellers, to simply say they do not accept returns. Then customers would know what they are getting into and could make the choice of their risk tolerance. To be honest, the first suit I bought, taking the rep’s recommendation on size, was way too big but I did successfully return it right away. Unfortunately, since I needed the suit ASAP, I had to reorder on my credit card and take an e-gift card for the return. That meant finding and buying another suit for my other daughter. That suit technically fit but was horribly unflattering in the “large cup size”—she looked like a Barbie doll stuffing her bra. I gave one suit away but, after struggling with whether or not I really wanted another e-gift card for a return, returned the other. I had received the order on 7/23 and I returned the unused suit before leaving on a vacation, on 9/11. Plenty of time. They didn’t process it, however, until 9/24 and apparently count the return window from the day they mailed my order! Regardless, a mail date of 7/18 and a return on 9/11 should have been received by their 9/16 due date and did fit the 60 day window. They should have accepted the return. I give them credit for returning it to me along with their refusal to accept it rather than simply holding onto it but since they had to pay to ship it, they would have been better off simply accepting the return and not losing a customer and getting yet another bad review."
"Last November, I returned item as the suit sizes were way off. I opted to use their return label and get a credit on my account. Fast forward months ahead; The other suit I bought from them was now falling apart, so I was going to use my credit with swimsuitsforall. I found a suit and went to buy it, but there was no credit from my return on my account. I emailed them asking where my return money was and they responded. "I apologize in reviewing your orders we no longer have available information for the E-gift card issued 12/21/2017. However we are able to verify the gift card was processed and sent to the email address ____. We will only hold E-gift card information up to 90 in our systems. If you have any further questions please contact us. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience." I emailed them once again and got the same exact, computer generated response. I returned the item in November, if they did send me an email a month later, I never saw it. The site states, 'You will receive a non-expiring gift card in the amount of your returned item.' It doesn't state it will be in an email and you have to use it within 90 days. Seems like this is what they do to everyone who as a return. So buyer be very aware."
