"March they had the Cameo 4 Pro available for backorder purchase with an ETA of April/May. A few weeks later they sell out. Ok great, they got their orders the warehouse can make and then they can fulfill within a reasonable time. This is what a person with a MBA thinks. Oh, no, they open sales for backorders back up. And now ETA is in June. Wouldn't you think if anyone would sell out of an item that's on backorder, they'd be sure to fulfill those items with product in hand before selling more? No, Swing Design does not do this. So if you're ordering backorder items from Swing be sure to not expect them right away. They'll tell you it's the manufacturers fault. But the only one making the manufacturer backed up are the ones who continue to throw backorders on them. "
"I have placed over 20 orders with Swing Design and every time it is a great experience. They do sell on Amazon but their prices on the site tend to be lower. Their customer service is amazing and will continue to come back."
"I unfortunately purchased a Brother Scan and Cut SDX125 from swing design because I was drawn into the bundle kit that was too good to pass up. After receiving my order and after hours and hours of trying to troubleshoot my machine, I realized its defective. It will NOT read brand new mats. I purchased 4 additional mats and the machine will not recognize any of them! The only mat out reads is the one that was included in the box of the machine. I continually reach out to customer support with no real support. They eventually just replied with brothers customer support email address and told me to deal with it! I wrote my negative but honest review of the machine on their website and what do you know, they deleted it!! So I have taken it upon myself to leave a review absolutely anywhere and everywhere they can not delete it! They do not stand behind the products they sell. They have no return policy so if you buy a machine and it **** like this one does, oh well! They have your money and dont care about you anymore! I HIGHLY advise on not getting caught up on the bundle deals and actually purchasing your machine from a store that accepts returns. I will never purchase from swing design again!"

"I was seriously afraid of ordering after reading these reviews but ordered any way . Shipment came in earlier than expected everything was very well packaged . Items were all as described on website no items missing. Machine works great not only would i recommend but i will definitely be using swing design for any of my other craft needs."

"Terrible customer service I ordered the hot pink craft press on April 26, 2018, the welds separated on November 20, 2018. Swing designs told me to contact Hotronix. Hotronix was great they replaced the press had me mail the other one back. Again 6/21/2019 weld fail, and they again send me a replacement. Yet again weld failure on 10/23/2019. Hotronix refuses to replace or upgrade the press and Swing Designs refuses to refund the purchase. None of these presses lasted more than 7 months. How do you pay $300+ and not receive a refund when none of the presses last a year? Swing is also not publishing any of my reviews regarding the press.

"So I made three orders. The middle one of the All in One kit was delayed in arriving. It was on back order. Someone did get back to me, though the person on the Chat (Jeffery) left me hanging, Asia did come through to tell me explain to me what the hold up was. I was upset, but they did come through and smooth things out.
I have all three now and look forward to using them (Foil Quill: Heat Pen, Freestyle Pens, and Freestyle Calligraphy pen).

"I purchased a refurbished unit from this website that arrived to me completely scuffed and scraped up. I contacted them in regards to this and was told "this is not typical of our used machines". This made no sense to me since they were the ones who sent it to me in that exact condition! I was asked if I wanted a partial credit for the machine as they did not have any others in stock, and I agreed. A few days later I receive an email stating I was getting a $15 STORE CREDIT! I paid $189 for a damaged unit and all I will get for my troubles in $15 to use in a store I will never shop in again. Unreal!"
"I ordered a Silhouette bundle from Swing Design on 11-15-2018. I emailed the company for a return and the manager said I could send it back just to take it to return center and ask to refuse it. The label was torn and damaged ,unreadable, so I emailed her back to have her send a prepaid return label. She said that the company could not send prepaid return labels. What company can't send a prepaid label to customers. I have had other companies send one to me with no problems. "
"Cameo has a learning curve for sure but Swing helped me with my follow up questions. No issues with the order, looked like the image."
"I received a defective unit (the bar would not keep pressure on vinyl causing it to slide all over the place and not cut proper). Even though the unit was less than 3 weeks old I had to jump through all kinds of hoops going through and having Silhouette troubleshoot and tell me what I already knew, and once all that was done they would not expedite shipping or provide me a refund until after they send me a shipping label they get it back and verify everything. They do not stand by their products and when I have customers waiting for orders and I cant produce, and all the loss money in ruined vinyl they do not care. Go through any other vendor - remember buyer beware, just because they add the extras does not make it worth it!"
"I purchased a new cameo but received a very dirty, dusty, previously registered machine. Swing Design stated they "thought" the machine was new!
They offered a $50 credit if I wanted to keep it as they no longer have the Cameo2. I asked that they apply the $50 to a cameo3 and I would return the dirty used machine that also has missing pieces and is out of warranty. They state they can't do that. Best they can do is the $50 credit or full credit to return it. Definitely not good customer service if they can't make good on an old machine they sold as new! "
