"The Swiss Colony has been maddening and frustrating to deal with for several years now! Orders -shipped by fedex- often never arrive or they go to someone else's address and attempts to have Swiss Colony fix the problems go unanswered and so you have to dispute the charges with your credit card. And they do not make up for your bad experiences in any way like with a courtesy shipment, coupon, or discount. They have been steadily getting worse the last few years and so I will no longer do business with them and I urge others to save yourself the aggravation and unhappiness and do the same!"
"I have paid on time every month 35.00 a month had another account with Montgomery ward I paid off and sent merchandise back that didn't work so now swiss colony took it upon there selves to charge me 20.00 extra a month and I know it was because of the merchandise I sent back to the other company they even said I ordered more merchandise in January which was a lie and charged me another 160 .00 I don't advise anyone to do builsness with these rip off companies "
"An online order was placed and paid for in mid-November as a gift. A month later, it never arrived. A call determined it was allegedly sent to the wrong person at the wrong address. The agent apologized and said a refund would be issued. Nothing was forthcoming. A month later a follow-up resulted in not one, but two agents calling, each apologizing and saying a refund would be issued. A written confirmation was requested but never received and the promised refund has not arrived. It's been two months since the original order was placed and payment to the merchant issued. FRAUD!"
"Was unable to reach customer service for two days after many phone calls and unanswered emails. Could not change order once I finally got through. Out of date ordering service and terrible customer service. Don’t spend your money here!"

"Swiss Colony states sugar free items are not sugar free for diabetes. There are sugar alcohols in them. They won’t list the nutritional values which they have been asked for over and over for people need it can put their health at risk eating their products. I believe all products have to have nutritional values listed now. I found this and you do claim sugar free and gluten free.

"If I could mark 0 as a rating, that is exactly what I would rate what this company has become. I have used Swiss Colony for Christmas gifts for several years. I don't know what has happened, but over the past 3-4 years, after carefully giving them the addresses the gifts were to go to, spelling out each name and address, the information on the confirmation sent back to me on my orders have been wrong. Topping it off, my sister-in-law received something totally different from what I had ordered for her. I ordered a Mint Chocolate Dobosh Torte. Even the confirmation e-mail sent to me said they had delivered the Torte. What she received were stocking stuffers. NOT HAPPY! I will NOT be using this company in the future!"
"Do not trust this company. I made a big mistake in not researching the reviews. This was my first purchase and last. I placed an order for ONE item with a 20% promo code and free shipping sitewide, which made my total $25.59 once I finalized it. I received an order Acknowledgement email with a billing total of $50.58. I never agreed to pay that price. I emailed and tried calling to cancel but no response. The consumer has 24 hours to cancel, which I did way before that time frame. AVOID at all costs. "

I had asked them to change my payment date but they didn't do it so that I wouldn't have to make back to back payment. Then when I did make a payment, they messed up the payment. Then they wanted me to pay off the remaining balance in the same month. Don't order anything from this company!! They don't take care of their customers!! They think that everybody have money growing off of trees!! Some of us is on a budget and when we are forced to make multiple payments in the same month, it hurts our finances. "Don't expect any part of your transaction with Swiss Colony to be handled competently. Will delivery wrong package to wrong person, delays in delivery, can't seem to manage billing process - blames it on computer but won't correct errors.
Fifteen years of doing business with this group is enough."
"Ordered one time and they shipped me two of the exact same item. I was billed twice. Called to inform the company and they stated that I would have to send back the perishable items and pay shipping. I refused because it was not my fault. I disputed the second purchase with my credit card company to get my money back. Then I get letters in the mail stating that would be sent me to creditors for lack of payment. This company is a joke. Never again. "
"First order was two days late. It was a bull package of meat. All was thawed by the time it arrived with 2 at the bottom still a little frozen at there core but no way we could cook the lot of meat and eat it all in time and once thawed you can’t refreeze.
Gift from mom, she immediately called and was met with resistance but a few facts later they sent a duplicate case of meat. Tracking again showed two days then three days and now showing delayed and if it arrives tomorrow it’ll be four days. I wouldn’t mind if it was stored in a freezer while sitting at the hub. The same hub the last batch sat at for two extra days which is in my state 125 from my house.
Got to be FedEx and that hub in particular. Problem isn’t ours. It’s Swiss Colonies issue because they keep using FedEx and FedEx seems to be dropping their ball here. Overall two stars instead of one because Swiss Colony used to have quality service and foods. As of late it’s been a big fail. There will be no salvaging any of this package either. "

Have never had an issue with receiving the items I have ordered and have always received them on the date that was shown on the tracking. We absolutely love all the items we have ordered from them; the butter toffee is AMAZING!! Will continue to be a Swiss Colony customer! "
