"Ridiculous service -tracked my order on their website 2 weeks after I placed it. It had not been shipped so I complained. Response was it was dropped off at Fedex that morning and I was given a tracking number in 4-7 days. I checked 2 weeks later and Fedex has no record of it. I complained again -they want my address so they can ship it. Do they not keep records? Also their service rep could use some lessons on how to appropriately respond to a complaint."
"I placed an order on Oct 16 for an iPod 2G Touch Colors (Stealth) case. A few days later, I received a case--for the 4G iPod. I emailed customer service, who promptly responded that they would send a replacement. The replacement arrived the next week and I got to keep the 4G case, too.
The case is the best I've ever had, especially for its price (inferior cases cost a lot more at Walmart). The kit includes a screen protector and the case covers everything, which was just what I wanted in my case--no more little crumbs getting in the home button or in the charger/headphone holes. It looks extremely attractive and feels great."
