"Ordered a foam sword from them on May 6, 2019, paid extra for rush, and received the payment confirmation...and that is it! I called multiple times to ALL of the phone numbers in emails and on their site and they are either out of service or just a guy on a voicemail saying they will get back to you. Guess what? They never got back to me. I emailed multiple times and the auto-responder states they will get back to me within 48 hours. Guess what? You guessed it. I have not heard from them. I just want a full refund from this ahem "company?" Do not buy anything from them. You will never receive it or be able to speak to anyone to find out if you ARE going to receive it."
"First off dont bother calling them because there phones never pick up or they are disconnected. So horrible customer service.
2nd issue after you make an order they send you an email saying if you have any issues to message them. So I did and never got 1 responce from the million messages I sent. Terrible customer service.
3rd I purchased my item Feb 28th of 2019.
I just got a confirmation and it is April 22nd that my order finally has shipped. Mind you I paid for Express shipping which was like another 20+ dollars.
This company is trash. You are better off going somewhere else until these people get there **** together. Now I'm just waiting to get this order. Knowing how sorry this company is I already see them sending the wrong order but we will just have to wait and see. Dont waste your money and please dont buy express shipping. It's not worth it. If you plan on still buying with them. "

"I did a test order from them because I was hoping I'd find a wholesaler for my business. I received an email stating 19 items had shipped, but I only received 9 in the box. I called and talked with someone who told me they would check on my order and return a call to me. I never heard back. My emails are ignored, and I feel as if I'm blocked from their number as every time I try to call now, it goes straight to a prompt saying their mailbox has not been set up. I'm just out $100. I suppose it could go great if you get your item, but any problem you have will absolutely not be addressed. Use at your own risk."

"I ordered from Swords of Might things for Christmas. The first order came in on time, the second did not. Whoever created the shipping label put my last name as the street name, so of course UPS could not find the address. Understandable human error. When I finally received the package after several calls to UPS, I noticed one of the knives missing...the main gift I was waiting on PAST Christmas. I sent an email to Swords of Might about the incident. No response. I called and left a message. Still no response. I will never use them again. Terrible experience! "

She assured me that the product was on its way, she was extremely friendly, and it arrived today! All of the items are in perfect condition, and I'm so happy to have them. However when I checked my bank account Swords of might did take my money. I've emailed them and called their customer service phone number with no response. It's been over a month and still no product or response from the company. "
"i purchased a crossbow from swords of might. the item arrived broken, the bolt that was supposed to be included was missing, the stock was damaged and the triggering mechanism was missing all together. the product was shipped in cut up and re-taped shipping boxes, no factory shipping. over the past month i've supplied pictures, contacted them several times and have received no help, only vague promises to contact the manufacturer. with shipping the item cost north of $150 and swords of might has made no effort to rectify the situation. this business is strictly shop at your own risk. a business should not judged by what they get right, but how they deal with it when they get it wrong."
