"I ordered a set of Pro Armor Polaris RZR doors for my Dad for his birthday.. only I waited until 3 days before placing the order - 5 days away from warehouse. Brian at SXS Headquarters offered for them to cover the 3 day shipping to get them there in time. That's the extra mile and I wasn't even expecting it with just inquiring about how many days in transit it would be with ground shipping.
PS the doors are great, easy to install, instructions laid out with no guess work left. They also included a free door gear bag. Not to mention the expedited shipping was free! Will definitely be doing business with them again.

"Terrible customer service i have called many many times and never received a call back and i had to leave a message every time bc they never answer their phone. i placed an order with them online 10 days ago and they were quick to charge my card $600 but i cannot get in contact with them to check why i have not received my merchandise yet and am very upset with them, i even tried using their contact us page and sent them an email with no response. i will NEVER use them again unless they resolve this issue with me."
