customer service rep called back and said would need my credit card number AGAIN-as when added suite number to the address had to reenter all/ advised I had requested be delivered to my home address-NOT business/ I refused to give my credit card again/ told her to cancel/ a few days later the dehumidifier was delivered to my home.
Either this customer service person is NEW/ clueless or just plain?
