"Everything went well with this order until I tryed to hook up my 5.1 surround sound speakers....as I ordered this card (Creative Labs Sound Blaster Live! Digital 5.1 Sound Card). Funny thing was there was no way to hook them up . So I called Sysbuilder thinking they had installed the wrong card. What they told me blew me away...they said their order site must of had a typo, I said sir the entire description is not a typo, and my invoice clearly says DIGITAL 5.1, and the very next line of the invoice is for a set of 5.1 speakers. At that point Ian Richards was talking very fast. He even went so far as to tell me I should have called them to see if it was a typo.
In the end he would not make it right.
What they instaled was a sound blaster pci card...bottom shelf stuff. At this point I'm not sure if I should tear the system down and see if any other parts are wrong. LOOK OUT people the prices sound good but I guess the saying goes If it sounds to good to be true.............

"This order has been a complete waste of my time. They took forever to ship my order, I got it two days after my project deadline, at least 3 weeks after ordering with 2-day shipping. When I did finally get the order it had Office small business edition instead of Windows Small Business Server. I had specifically spoken with a sales rep on the phone soon after ordering to confirm that I would be getting Small Business Server. In the end they refused to honor the price quoted to me for SBS, saying it was a mistake. I am returning my entire purchase. I now fear that I'll get stuck with a restocking fee or some such thing. This was probably the worst online shopping experience I've ever had."
"I was taken in by Sysbuilder's extremely inexpensive systems and bought a machine I intended to use in my work as an animator. My mistake. The machine ran like a spaceheater and died within a week. I decided that I would rather return the system than risk running something unstable that would potentially eat my files and die in the middle of a job. In order to avoid their 19% restocking fee on everything I decided to buy some of the parts of the system. It's been nearly a month and a half since my initial order and I've been on the phone with them nearly every day trying to get my refund - they shipped me the wrong parts, which I will have to pay to return to them and I've heard "we'll do it tomorrow" more times than I care to say. With my phonebill, shipping, restocking, and other fees I'm looking at flushing nearly $400 dollars down the toilet for my mistake of ordering with this company - and that's assuming I EVER get the refund for the parts I returned. Don't do it - pay a little more and go somewhere with customer service."
"Sysbuilder did a superb job on my new system. Out of the box, worked exactly like expected (and the prices were VERY reasonable). Inside organization was done extremely neat with wires bundled appropriately and access to memory slots, PCI slots without any hassle. Only slight negative comment I can make is the expected delivery time of 1-3 days on the website was not quite 100% honest since I received the unit Feb 11 when I expected it around January 29-30... I completely recommend this vendor however!"
" I was weary of this merchant because I could not find any reviews of them. However I took a chance and ordered a Motherboard and CPU. By the way, these guys were the only online store that would assemble and test the combo FREE.
I got the combo in very good time, It was packed well and everything has been working fine. Im pretty happy with my order from them. I would order from them again."
