RMA'ed my chip. Was a little bit of wait on the replacement chip due to running out of stock. Would have been better if there was an email or something sent out about it instead of having to go in and ask. After stock was replaced I got my chip overnighted to me (again as promised). "I was very pleased with the Product I ordered from these guys and also the shipping was prompt. The only thing that bothered me about this transaction is that I requested FedEx 2nd day shipping and they used another company, DHL, which i had never heard of. I will say DHL was every bit as prompt in shipping this package as FedEx could have been, however I felt mislead because I deal with FedEx alot and really trust them with my packages, this is why i chose Fedex over another shipping method listed. Short of this one beef, however tiny, the transaction was flawless."

"Ordered my chip on 4/11 and as I write this email today (5/12) it has not been shipped. I have attempted to contact the business through their "Contact Us" section (twice) and also via my personal email and haven't gotten a response via email yet. My credit card was charged immediately. Every time you call you get a voice recording at first. I decided to eventually stay on the line to talk to someone (as it instructs you to) and after ringing a few times, I got a voice mail. This call was made yesterday morning and I still have not heard back yet. I'm sure I will eventually get my shipment (KEEPING MY FINGERS CROSSED), I HOPE!!! If and when I get my shipment, correct and in working condition, I will gladly update this review to note that. I will still, however, be unhappy with the fact no one could at least contact me (phone or email) to tell me of an excuse for this.
