"From my experience, System-Mods could have been faster with the shipment, but I believe it might have been my mistake by using my wife’s credit card although we have the same last name. With the help of some people in the Chat *which is highly talkative and informative* (JiVE) I was able to receive my order within a week. My advice would be to just hang out in their IRC Chan and just make sure nothing goes wrong or if you see they are slacking message an @. If you have the getup and go to stay current with your order it would be most beneficial for you to do so. Anyways the Xecutor 2.3 came in a Nicely bubble wrapped envelope with all parts carefully wrapped. I had no problems installing and everything works like a charm.

This guy Nolga really cares about his costumers. This company may do some mistakes (understandable since their high volumes), but who's perfect? Give them the oportunity to address what ever problem you may encounter, and you expectations will be exceded (at least they were on my case).

By the way: The chips are top quality!

"I ordered an Xecuter 2.3b Lite+ modchip on Thursday, February 26. I received the tracking number friday evening, so I expected the chip to actually leave with FedEx on monday. Much to my surprise, FedEx knocked on my door Saturday, February 28 with my pacakge. My modchip was securely wrapped in bubblewrap, everything was in perfectly good working condition, and in less than 30 minutes, my chip was installed, and working like a champ. I VERY STRONGLY recommend using System Mod Technologies to anyone looking for an awesome product at an awesome price. I will be ordering several more chips soon myself. I have contacted them via their mirc channel two times.. only to be told that i have to fill out their rma information claim online. i did this.. originally....but when i got no response for 3 weeks i kept sending emails to all their divisions.. only to get ZERO responses....on the second contact through mirc i was told by an person that they lost their database around the time i filled it out... hmmm... so i did it again.. and still nothing for three dayz.....???!!!"

" Very happy with my purchase. They shipped my 2.3B Pro the same day I ordered it. The only issue I have overall with my 2.3B Pro is that it was made with an incorrect LTP connector, but this is not the fault of system-mods - plus I know if I call them they will ship a correct replacement part.

And while i'm getting that replacement part...I will definately be ordering a second x2!"
