"Purchased an ac adapter directly from their website with a credit card, NOT FROM THEIR EBAY STORE. Before I ordered, I changed my ship-to address in my SIB Account. Well, when I did not receive my ac adapter, I contacted them and the idiots say they shipped to my old address. They claim they only ship to your PayPal address.

What?!?! I told them I did not use PayPal and I did not purchase from their ebay store. I told them to reship to my correct address in my SIB account. So far, no response.

When things go right with these people, it's a pleasant experience. But, when they screw up, they make excuses and cause a nightmare."

"I will admit that in terms of customer support and ease of use, this site is not exactly the best. You really have to know what you are doing, and know exactly what you are looking for and be sure it's the right thing.

When I entered my information I almost thought it was a scam because there was such little process, just typed in my credit card info and it said thanks for your order without any confirmation page or anything.

Yet sure enough, I got an email saying my order was received, and later got a tracking number and within 4 business days of placing the order, I received my new high-capacity battery for a VAIO VGN-N170G.

The battery was the right one, it came with a 67% charge, which is a good thing (batteries not in use should neither be stored at empty or full capacity), and so far the battery seems to be working great. I will update if this battery fails after 3 months the way someone else's up here did, but for now it seems like SibStore is getting a bad rap somewhat undeservedly? So far everything has been a breeze placing and receiving my order timely, with the right product. No complaints as of yet!"

"I won an acution on ebay for an adaptor for my Acer Aspire 3000 with a 2yr waranty or so I thought. The seller was advertising the wrong model number for my laptop, so I didn't work at all. So I emailed them about my problem stating that I had ordered a NW AC Adapter for Acer Aspire 3000 with a 2 yr warranty in December and I was wondering if I could exchange it for a part that fit. The model # you sent me is not the same as my old one for my Acer Aspire 3000 this Model # is PA-1700-02 I need modle # PA-1750-02. They at first said that they couldn't exchange it but they would replace it and then reneged on that entirely until I just got sick of it and ordered one elsewhere. They are not someone that I would ever want to do buisness with ever again. "

"What a horrible experience. First of all, most of the contact email addresses on their website apparently do not work. I had to try three different emails before I could get a response from anyone. They have two different websites which are both very confusing, which share a mixed-up, siamese twin system of order numbers that makes it a huge pain to deal with. They waited six days to even ship my order, and when it finally arrived I got the wrong size battery. When I looked back at the posting it did not even include all the proper specs about the battery I was buying."

"Ordered an AC adaptor from this company on Sunday August 23 2008. Paid with paypal and received an email saying when PayPAl went thru then the ordered would be shipped. Problem is I was never to Paypal. I have bought from Newegg and several other e-tailers and paid with Paypal. At the end of the transaction I am taken to Paypal to pay. Not with comapny so I figured they would call or something or send an email with directions on how to pay. Nothing at all after two days. I went to their website and logged into my account and still no info on how to pay. Called them up and while they were friendly, they acted like they could care less I wanted to cancel. After explaining the issue they still said nothing. So I canceled the order and will keep an eye on my Paypal account."

"Don't even think about buying from SIB Wholesale. Batteries are total junk! I ordered a battery for my Dell Inspiron 8200. It was holding a charge for about 3 hours for the first month. By the second month it was down to less than an hour. By just after the third month it was less than 5 minutes. Ad said a 1 year warranty, but when I emailed them they said when I purchased it was still a 90 day warranty. The problem was by the time I called them (just after 90 days) Ebay wouldn't allow me to rate the transaction. They show a great seller rating on ebay because their batteries last beyond the 60 day limit for rating a seller. Buyer beware! It's a loss of money!"
