"On Jan 28 2009 I ordered "SB5100 BlackcatUSB Combo". I was shocked to find the cable modem filled with mud and filthy. I contacted the company asking why did it come in this condition?...they told me these boxes are used and all they do is clean them up and resale them. What really made me angry, is that the guy said "It is what it is".

"I have ordered my package from TCNISO on Nov 14, after a couple of days, I didn't receive any information regarding my order, so I asked here. Unforunately it was deleted for unknown reason.
Anyways, as suggested by one of the member here, I called TCNISO on Nov 23 (thursday), and I was promised that the order will be shipped on next monday, which is Nov 27. They also said they couldn't ship the order because of thanksgiving. Well, I ordered on 14, why it had something to do with thanksgiving? OK fine, I waited 2 days, on monday, I did not receive anyhing from them. I then received the following email from them on 28th:

ok, good, no tracking number, so I replied and asked the tracking number, here is the reply I got today (Nov 29):

Oops! I paid $49 USD for the fedex, now they shipped by the $38 USPS service! No mention about the difference.
Just checked USPS website, the tracking number was electronically submitted, they package may still at their so called "usa center".
if you are looking for a modem or whatever, i highly recommend you to stay away from TCNISO.
The process time was 2 weeks vs. the claimed 3-4 days.
Paid Fedex service, they shipped by USPS.
