"Got sucked in twice with this company thinking this is a big company and if something says in stock ...well its not. That's not even my gripe. They take a while to respond to you. The shipping always seems to take longer than ground shipping from China and its always someone else's fault and nothing they can do. The latest: ordered a small part in November and still not received. Emailed them twice ...First time is its coming but delayed. The second time they responded item went back due to a problem with address, which is correct. If I had not called I would have been waiting indefinitely. I think their biggest problem is they act like a garage store drop shipper order it and forget it. No follow up , no accountability taken...no customer service."
"Used to use them, prices used to be much better but now they are just as expensive if not more than other places, what really **** me off was I did a boxing day deal and bought an item from them instead of my other place I would order from, they take my money then 2 weeks later tell me the product is discontinued... "I thought I’d support a Canadian business instead of an American one, but wow what a mistake. Shortly after confirming my order and taking my money, the excuses started coming. “Due to high demand, the following item(s) you ordered need to be fulfilled as special orders directly from the manufacturer and as a result, the shipping time has changed.” And on it went. After a month I finally had to demand a refund - which I did thankfully get. Went to the American website and the parts were at my door 3 days later. "
"I bought online for more than 20 years, and I must say this is one of my worst online purchase experiences since a long time. I received a nice box with the right part number on it but the brake rotors inside were completely different and useless for me. They asked me pictures and proof which I sent. The seller response was ''you got the right parts for your car". The truth is I received front brake rotors instead of rear brake rotors and the seller refuse to admit the error. There is a huge difference in size and weight between front and rear rotors, I sent pictures of all this to prove my point and then they asked me for more video, pictures. I promess you won’t win with me. For now, this is near 400$ down the drain. A case was opened with PayPal about that seller, and I will wait until I get refunded by PayPal. I Will never purchase from them again unless they correct that mistake. Remember if you do not receive the good parts, you will be stuck with your wrong parts. Be awared!"
"I ordered lug studs from TDot, and was charged for 4 packages of 5. One package showed up and when I requested a refund, all a got was the runaround. I provided links to the product description and my invoice but I never did get a refund. I gave up in frustration, but will strongly forevermore discourage everyone I know from using them. They are simply a drop shipper, and add no value to the transaction. When something goes wrong with an order good luck getting it resolved, and be prepared to wait for orders to arrive. Horrible experience."
"Purchased brake rotors in July 2023, delayed to end of October, then delayed to early December. Both delays were not actively communicated to be, but rather in response to my inquiry. There's no way this business is Canadian, since the support email I receive always come at midnight and no shipment will originate from Canada. It takes DAYS to do a simple conversation, and they NEVER reply within the same day even if I send an email within 10 minutes after receiving one from them.
When I try to argue for a cancellation and refund, they stated that one rotor was already sent to me and delivered, and even provided tracking number which shows with HARD EVIDENCE that it's never even entered Canadian border. They have absolutely no idea what's going on with their own orders.
Avoid at all cost!"
"Ordered rain guards, they send me the wrong ones. Commucated with them, sent the wrong ones back out of pocket. Received the right ones, only to be sent the wrong AGAIN! What the hell? TDOT is the worst... Will never deal with you again. Will be getting my money back from your terrible company."
"On July 3 2023 I ordered an EBC front brake kit. Order number100488684. Due to being on backorder the kit didn't ship until August 3 2023 and I was given the UPS tracking number 1Z8R790R6836581459 by TDot Performance on August 8 2023. When I tracked the package I was told by UPS there was $112.85 in GST and brokerage to be paid to the driver which I did. Upon getting the brakes delivered I called TDot Performance who said they will reimburse the import charges but could not say when. Today TDot Performance emailed me to say it will take up to twelve weeks for the refund.
Just so everybody is aware, TDot Performance is ONLY a marketing company. No warehouses. THEY ARRANGE THIRD PARTY DROP SHIPPING ONLY. Contrary to their website, all shipping isn't from within Canada. My shipment came from the EBC location in Las Vegas "
"Ordered wheel spacers for the rear of my car from H+R through Tdot as well as the 50mm bolts required to fasten them onto the car. So in effect 2 spacers and 10 bolts, Tdot took the funds immediately then I had to wait approx 4 days then called them back to make sure the order was confirmed, very slow updates, then was told that the order would be 2 months out as it was a special order, ( I believe any order taken by Tdot is a special order as it seems they themselves have no inventory ) So after numerous calls back to actually verify I was going to get my order, the 2 month wait time was now going to be less, great, 5 weeks later I got the package, no delivery date received even though T dot has said I will be notified. Opened up the box directly from H+R and seen 2 spacers and no bolts, great , now I have drink coasters. Called back and had to wait while they called H+R after 15 or 20 minutes I was told they were lost in shipping to me, even though I never got any tracking info,.. During this call I said please send me the bolts. Next was an email asking if I still wanted the 10 bolts, even though I had stated that yes I needed the bolts to fasten the spacers onto the car. Was told it was a special order again all this special order talk. Finally weeks later I get a small box dropped off at my doorstep, what could this be ?? Opened the box and you would not believe it but there was 1 (one) bolt, not the ten I thought I was getting. Called again, waited while they call H+R, only at this point did I realize that the 34.98 dollars was for 1 bolt hahaha can you imagine my surprise, they wanted 349.98 dollars for ten bolts, well who is not happy :( T dot 2 spacers and 1 bolt
Well the better part of this story is that On July 17th I ordered the same order from another company and received the same H+R box, identical with 2 spacers and 10 bolts which work fantastic, the 10 bolts were 8 dollars a piece, direct from H+R, so 80 dollars in comparison to 349.98.
I spoke with Tdot and informed them that I will never order anything from them forever, Guys and Ladies do not waste your hard earned cash to deal with this order desk facility. "
"AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE! I ordered a new front and year bumper for my f150. They took my money, said 3-5 days delivery, then that night I got an email stating it would be 45 days plus due to high demand. The truck is a 2014, there is no high demand! Had to fight with a customer rep for 20 mins on the phone in order to get them to reverse the charges on my credit card. This place is a drop ship business, they have no warehouse and no stock. They take your order, take your money, then order it from wherever it needs to come from. This is the worst kind of business. I cannot believe that Michell Romanow from Dragon's Den invested in this scam! She gave them a million dollars so they could con people."
"I ordered some parts from this company because it said it was Canadian and it said free delivery. They listed the parts as in stock, then after I ordered they said it was special order and would be delayed, it started to take to long So I canceled this order before they had the product or printed the label to ship. The morning after my cancellation they made sure to print the shipping label and say that it could not be canceled do to shipping label being Printed. Then days later when they actually get the parts and ship it regardless of me canceling it. Then they said I have to wait for the product and do a return, so I wait and go through all the steps and delays of there return process and they said they wanted their shipping fees even though it was their fault for shipping it after cancellation and final they tacked on a supposed supplier restocking fee. Want a joke. Don’t ever use this company. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering.
