"They send me the wrong board, instalation was horrible, (it was slanted I had to reinstall from the beginning) grip tape had alot of bubbles on it. When you put a negative review they refuse to post it. They only post posotive reviews. I will never deal with them again such a horrible experience."
"I ordered two completes at their advertised price to give as gifts.
The company refuses to honor their own pricing, cancelled my order, and refuses to do anything to make the deal right.
I called the company, started out talking to their one employee who works in customer service, but then ended up being sent to IT where I was forwarded to a voice mail system.
I am waiting on a reply, but based on the lack of desire to honor their own pricing or send me to someone higher than the person I was speaking with in customer service, I am not holding my breath.
Horrible company.

I ordered two sets of four wheels (8 wheels total) and only received 5.
I figured these things happen and sent TGM (ebay store SkateWheelsForLess) a nice email explaining my order was wrong.
When I contacted customer service I asked that they send the remaining 3 wheels as the wheels were ordered for my son's birthday, which is now in 3 days. They basically accused me of lying and told me I can return the 5 wheels for a full refund and that's the only option. At their request I sent in pictures, packing slips, everything. I suggested that they check the weight of the shipment which would prove some of my order was missing. I got tired of going back and fourth with Kylie in customer service and her rude emails so I called the customer support line. When I spoke with a live person (guess who? Kylie) she told me that this was actually an "inventory problem" which is why I need to send it back for a refund. Wait, so you have an "inventory problem" and instead of contacting me to see if I would like to cancel my order or choose different wheels you just ship me half of what I ordered? And now my son's birthday is in 3 days and he won't be receiving any new wheels like he asked for?
I'm very skeptical at this point if this is even a real store as I cannot believe any business can operate in this manor. I asked Kylie to speak with her manager who was conveniently at lunch for the next three hours. Do not order from here. "
"PLEASE! Do not make the same mistake I did and order from TGM Skateboards. There online service is terrible and they will blame you if you do not receive the product you paid for. For me, I bought two packs of 8 wheels and only received 12/16 of the said wheels. When I contacted their customer service representative, they took a long time to initially respond. When they did they asked for the invoice and all the other shipping information. I provided everything they asked for and they said they would ship the items I purchased and later informed me they wouldn't honor my purchase and didn't even give a refund after 2 long months of email tag. Long story short they falsely advertise and blame the customer for it."
"Orderd a piar of adio shoes from TGM Skateboards. Ordering was easy and got a good price for the shoes. Only thing was that they shipped it via ground when I paid for 2nd day air. I contacted them by email and they refunded my shipping. Overall I had a good experiencing ordering from TGM Skateboards and will buy from them again in the future."
