"thinkpadrestore.com is a scam site. Purchased disks on May 21, 2013, it is now June 3, 2013 and the order is still marked as "Processing". Credit card has been billed. Sent a number of queries to the reply email address and through the web request form on their site, but no one has replied. Clearly, this is a scam site.

"I ordered restore CD's from this company on January 21. Even though they advertize PayPal as a payment method, it is not available at check out. Credit card was charged on Jan 24 including payment for priority mail shipping. As of Feb 3 product had not been shipped. No method of contact as been responded to. I have notified credit card company of fraudulent practices of this company and will follow up with FBI Internet Fraud report on Monday.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!"
"Total scam. I ordered a CD pack for my Thinkpad, paid $25 and never heard from them again. No working phone, and no answer to numerous emails. 6 weeks now in waiting. I've given up."
"Ordered cd's for my Thinkpad two weeks ago. Credit card was charged one day later. Waited a week and sent three e-mails. No response. Called customer service. Called them several times - all went to voicemail without callback. Next call they said that the item shipped past Friday. Following call they said that it shipped last Wednesday. Asked why no callback or e-mail response or shipping confirmation - NO RESPONSE. The rep LIED either the first time or the second time or more likely both times. AVOID THEM! "
