After three days THMotorsports says they want 400 to ship the winch which had free shipping on the site.



I called six times including sitting on hold for 17 minutes, being hung up on and then when I called back they were closed. Inever got a response from management.



They claim they have items in stock but then say it is being drop shipped from Smitty.
