Worst of all they will not refund your money if you are not satisfied with their product. Only if it is damaged. How can a piece of firm silicone get damaged in transit?"

"Perfect fit doesn't sacrifice shape of phone, a product this good takes a company many attempts to get right. I was very surprised that a company made a quality product for a new released phone (HTC Sensation) all the cut outs are perfectly placed for the camera, flash, volume, and microphones and speaker. I am very pleased with the communication through email as well as the fast shipping. I think I ordered this late Friday night and it was delivered Monday this afternoon.
