Hardware was never used, sent back in original bag...they say they received it in a different box and hardware was loose and rolling around which is totally untrue. Folks please....go to summit or jegs for any automotive part. These small online retailers do and say ANYTHING to make a profit ."

"I would like to start by saying that this company from the get-go has had an open line of communication with the parts that were ordered, with everything being back ordered they were willing to refund my money and did just that with no questions asked due to the long wait which was no fault of theirs, about three days after my refund was received they reached out via email and let me know that their supplier was going to be shipping a few of the items which was cylinder heads to the facility and if I was still interested in purchasing them that they would be available, I did just that and within a weeks time they will be at my doorstep and I just wanted to really reach out to these guys/gals and say thank you for all of their efforts and know that it is greatly appreciated. Thank you from one motorhead to another"

"Ordered a whipplesupercharger kit in October, then when it eventually gives me a tracking number I told them before it shipped that I would be gone for a week for thanksgiving holiday. They sent while on vacation and ups looses it. These imbeciles tell me it’s at the UPS hub, then a week later tells me. I signed for it, but I was 11 hours away from home. Instead of helping me find what UPS did with my package these idiot still think I signed for the package. So instead of helping me the customer they do nothing. So I made a police report and filed a paypal claim as well. And if that don’t work I’ll make a civil suite, they didn’t even try to help me as a customer. But they sure didn’t have any issue getting my full payment."
"Bought 363 shortblock from them and when it came time to put cam in and noticed I couldn't so I call them and told them that the cam bearing smaller than the cam and couldnt install and they acted like I was crazy and explained everything with measurements and were still **** with me and here to find out they put the cam bearings in wrong, they put smaller inside diameter ones in front to the bigger in the back which was backwards in a dart block. Dont deal with them!!! Have no respect for people that make a mistake then make you feel like you did something wrong and never apologized for the mistake!!!!. Had to ship back and wait for it but to me it's no longer the same thing and feel like eventually I'll have a cam bearing problem. Shouldn't feel that way ever when spending 6k! "
"I called today to get a part for my car and noticed my card was charged twice. So I called and got a guy named "paul" he said he was the owner. He started yelling at me and told me he had other things to do. I was dumbfounded. I cant believe he owns a business. He then proceeded asking if I still need part and I said yes and that refund for other charge will be refunded in 2 days. I said no problem then he said just to get my part elsewhere and he would refund everything. I dont know why he was so upset. I just wanted to know why I was charged twice. Geeze! Bad day for him I guess.

"I ordered a custom set of AFR heads earlier this week. Nick was very helpful in Expediting such purchase which shipped out the very next morning. I am a very conscientious consumer and I'm totally Blown Away by such great customer service. After reading some of these reviews it was kind of like Tre performance might be the victim of corporate sabotage. I would challenge any business to match up to the professionalism I received on a rather expensive purchase from Tre performance. Thank again guys!! "

"Bought a fuel pump from there ebay store. It worked for about 6 months. I pulled up and killed it and 10 min later it would not start. I replaced it with a pump from my local parts store and it started perfectly. I send the old pump back for there 1 year warranty. They received the pump and told me the filter looked dirty so contaminates got in the pump and killed the pump. I questioned this so they said they would disassemble to confirm. they still claimed that was the issue. I had them send the pump back to me, when it had arrived all the disassemble they had done was to pull the bottom of the case down to see the internal filter. I took the filter off the housing and cut it open, It was completely clean internally. I got my ohm meter and checked continuity through the pump wires and it showed open I then wiggled the plug that attaches to the pump and got continuity. I then took the pump to a battery and connected power to the pump, It would not run until I wiggled the wires then it ran until I moved them back to where they were. I took pictures and videos of everything I done and sent it to treperformance and they would not answer back until I sent an email with subject guess you are not going to answer. they then responded with this

"Easy website to select part I needed. Shipped fast and arrived quickly. Shipper envelope was torn upon arrival; but thankfully box hadn't slipped out. Was surprised box with fuel pump inside wasn't taped closed; but didn't look like anything had fallen out. No instruction information was in the box so mixed and matched parts from old fuel pump installation to fit it in. Appears there's a length problem or interference as I'm not able to draw the fuel tank down as low as original pump did (runs out of fuel about 1 to 1.5 gallons earlier than should) - I think the electrical connector interferes with mounting bracket so pump doesn't sit as deep in the tank as it should. Otherwise pump provides plenty of pressure and flow much better than original."
"Very quick service indeed. I recieved my new fuel pump in 3 days flat and 1/3 the price of an OEM replacement with no installation problems at all in my 300zx N/T. I think it was and excellent deal for sure."
