"We have dealt with TTI-Plus,T-Tronics,A1 Video Security,DSG & now Denver Security Group now located in Littleton Co since 10/11--previously from New York (several addresses). We had dealt with Troy Reynolds for the past 4.5yrs--always there for our needs & order shipments prompt. But since July 9, 2012 he cashed our check for equipment over $4000 and like many others who have had problems--HE REFUSES TO RETURN CALLS or EMAILS or SHIP THE EQUIPMENT! We will start Legal Proceedings in CO where he lives now. Any Company who has multiple names,addresses or phone numbers need to beware of.
10/21/12 Currently Troy Reynold's company in Littleton CO dba Denver Security Group has 5 complaints against them for poor service & delivery with the BBB--They suggest contacting the Attoney Generals' Office in both NY & CO! That will be the only way to get this preditor!"
"I returned a defective DVR card in early December 2010 for warranty replacement. Spoke with Troy several times in December and all seemed well. TTI-Plus has been reliable and helpful up to about mid December and then it's like Troy disappeared? Someone who lives near the address in Long Island should go out and check the business. Maybe he is sick or just missing in action (car accident or something). Troy was technically competent and was helpful in resolving a lot of my problems. He did not behave like a scam operator but I may have been fooled? "
"I placed my order with Troy on 11/03/2010 for a 8 channel CCTV security system ($2414.99)was paid from my bank account. On 11/09/2010 I spoke with Troy and changed my DVR order from an 8 channel to a 16 channel and was charged the $455.00 upgrade which was great.On 11/10/2010 an unauthorized charge for another $2414.00 was taken from my bank account. I spoke with Troy concerning concerning this charge and he stated that he input the wrong invoice # and would reverse the charges.After contacting Troy several times I received a reverse charge for $500.00.After contacting Troy after several attempts concerning my order I received the power supply and weeks later the cameras (which I cant test to see if they even work!) On 12/03/2010 I was credited $ 1500.00. I was finally able to contact Troy on 12/22/2010 and asked about my DVR and .remaining balance owed to me for $414.00, Troy stated that he would check into it and e-mail me.I have called Troy, left messages, e-mailed and he has not responded? I have filed a dispute against Troy (TTI-Plus)through my bank hoping to get reimbursed for my $414.00 and the $1600.00 16 channel DVR.Does anyone know if they are still in business? TTI-Plus web site is not working and know one answers the phone.Its a shame that there are dishonest merchants out there.Why would you take orders and money from hard working Americans? "I have ordered from them in the past and did get what I ordered but it took longer than I thought it should. I placed another order back in Dec. and I am still waiting for it. I have been trying to call them but all I get is a recording saying that all lines are busy and to call back or leave a message. I did leave a message to have them call me back but they never did. I have also emailed them and I am still waiting. Are they still in Business are did they just close up. My order says that it has shipped or is in the final stages of being shipped but this has been there for more than a week."
"I ordered a CCTV camera on 11/29/10.
I received the camera on 12/3/10. The camera received had been previously installed as evidenced by marks on the unit.
I informed TTI of this and was instructed to ship the camera back for exchange. I did this and it was received by them on 12/14/10 per the tracking number.
I received a shipping credit to my CC as promised.
Subsequent emails and voice mails have gone unanswered as to the status of the replacement camera.
Draw your own conclusion.
Better suppliers can be found.
I am currently pursuing a dispute with my CC company as TTI has my money and my camera and will not respond to any form of communication.

Due to a lack of response from TTI, my CC company notified me today that they are reversing the charge from TTI.
Stay away from them. I don't know what their gig is, but it is NOT providing products or service to customers."
"About a week after placing the order and seeing that they charged my credit card I still haven't received any shipping details I called and got the perpetual answering machine. Emailed twice but did not get any confirmations.
Finally after two weeks they emailed and told me my order was canceled. Fortunately for me another vendor has the parts that I needed so my sound setup could proceed. This was a pretty bad experience I had here so will not return.

"I had an unexpected failure of a camera and Troy handled the RMA and replacement very quickly and efficiently, communicated well, and was especially responsive. Unlike many internet companies, he answered the phone and handled everything all the way through to completion. I really appreciated the superior customer service!"

Called couple of times and finally spoke with somebody by the name of Troy who allways told me stories and never got the SONY camera.It is almost 6 months late and not even a phone call or email back. This is a trully scam and NJ police should check on them.
