"First year was amazing. My son went to toddler room with Miss Jackie. She was the best.Now he is in the twos class. His class is not good. His teacher mis Patty who is also great was moved to thr toddler room, thr teacher now is not as good. We originally enrolled him because Miss Patty was his teacher. Now that she has moved on to another classroom there is no further incentive for us to keep him there. We are actively looking at a replacement."

"Most teachers are loving and caring. However there is lack of communication between staff, staff covers classrooms in a random order and children are consistently moved from one classroom to the other because of staffing and ratio issues. This should not impact our children as this is a management issue however the inconsistency hurts the development of our children. The office staff is nice one day and terribly unwelcoming the next. Sometimes we have to fake a smile and that is not something that is practiced at Tutor time. If someone is having a bad day it is obvious. Teachers verbalize their dissatisfaction openly and this causes uncomfortable feelings for parents. There has been lots of added staff and turnover. I am hopeful the new director can make some very much needed change. Price is only an issue in the absence of value and the value right now is low and commitments are not being kept."

"Our teachers have been 100% amazing. They’re kind, patient, experienced, and flexible. They take amazing care of our child and have been very supportive of our family. We are really happy with the care that we have received from the teachers. Majority of the staff know who our child is and are very friendly.We really like Ms. Charlene, the assistant director. She has been very warm and patient, and we enjoy seeing her interact with our child. We disapprove of the director, Linda. She has been dishonest, passive aggressive, and negative in all interactions with us. If we had the option, we would not allow for her to interact with our child as we don’t model that behavior in our home. Tutor time would exceed our expectations if she was not the director."

"My child has been at this school for 3years and my son was moved around the school due to ratio which is understandable some of the time but when it takes away from his getting prepared for kindergarten it’s very bothersome."
