"Since Jenn Wescott has been director of this location we haven't had any complaints other than when she was on maternity leave and the other lady stepped in as acting director and destroyed everything she worked so hard to clean up. It has been very disappointing to hear that the district manager told us that Jenn left to pursue other opportunities, when in fact she was fired by the district manager because they did not have enough kids enrolled. She was the best director at this location since I have had my daughter enrolled at this school. I never had any issues with her and have always been treated with kindness and respect when engaging with Jenny Wescott. I am very disappointed in Tutor Time for letting go such an wonderful director."
"The ladies all handle my needs~!!!!!"
"Since the current director Mrs. Jenn has been at this school we have felt like it is the best place for our daughter to attend. She has been the best director that I feel this school has had since we have had our daughter there. She is very attentive, kind and takes any concerns we may have seriously and follows through. She is always kind to all the kids and we have never had any issues with her."
"I highly recommend Tutor Time to my friends and family,my child’s vocabulary has grown so much since attending the program. I love the variety of activities they offer in their classroom."
"I keep bringing up issues, am told they are working on it yet nothing ever changes or it does for a very short time then goes back to falling apart again. They can't retain consistent staff either which is terrible for children at a daycare facility."
"They always work with my family! Kind and nurturing toward my children!"
"Issues never really seem to get fully worked out. I don't feel confident with the experience my child is having at this facility."
"While staff turnover is still way too high, it is clearly improving. I cant say much about the new teachers, but the ones who have stuck around rock! I know a revolving door of employees can become stressful to the staff but they have handled it so well, and I hope Jen, the director, recognizes them for this. I have had my children enrolled for 2 years now, and the relationship they have with the school age and preschool/ twos teacher is very heartwarming. The infant teacher is also very kind, and although our kids never had her (or the school age teacher) as their primary teacher, they still seem to have a relationship.

"The teachers are fun, loving and genuinely enjoy being with the kids"
"The assistant director has worked there before a few years ago. She used to be in the preschool room. She would lock kids in the bathroom as a punishment. There is also another teacher that spits in kids faces when they “talk back” "
"Overall the experience has been fine, and we appreciate the interactions we’ve had with our child’s teachers. However, we have grown concerned as the associate director of the school has shared troublesome views on child rearing and discipline which includes physically disciplining children."
"I think the staff have always been great, there have been one or two that weren’t but they are no longer there. I feel safe leaving my child in their hands."
"Staff turnover is waaaay too high. You need to pay better and staff more fully so that everyone can do their job well and actually teach the kids. Right now it’s an absolute **** show that makes me wonder if a 12yr old babysitter might be a safer option."
"Hire! Pay more for better staff!"
"When we first enrolled in 2019 the school was great. Low child/teacher ratios and great curriculum. The teachers really seemed to care. There was a constant flow of artwork coming home and the updates on the app had daily pictures of activities and accurate meal information. Our daughter learned to count to 10 and her ABCs before she turned two, we were. Then everything shut down during Covid and the school has never been the same. We came back to a new Director and everything just went downhill. Some of the teachers didn't come back and they've had a hard time finding replacements which has caused issues with classrooms being over ratio. The new teachers are so overwhelmed by the number of kids that they are just trying to survive day to day. They don't provide accurate updates, sending the same update for all children like Ate most of food when the kids just started eating, just so they have something logged in the system. Our second daughter is about to be 2 and can barely count to 3, so disapointed."
