"It’s a minor issue but I think you could improve the drop off and pick up experience. I frequently find I’m waiting for someone at drop off and often staff walk past the doors and don’t acknowledge me. Also at pick up there is little to no interaction with the teacher so we are unable to hear about our child’s day. Often it’s not the teacher who brings them down to the door so they cannot answer basic questions."
"I love Ms. Anne Marie and Ms. Christina. It was hard to leave my daughter there and I sobbed in the car with mom guilt over leaving her. They always greet us with a smile and make sure that they say goodbye to us during pick up time. My daughter always smiles whenever she sees them. But the parking lot is awful and needs new drainage and blacktop. I have had a few slips in the parking lot during icy days last winter."

But when Laura came in as the director, she made the appropriate moves and new-hires, and now it's a fantastic group of women who work with and around my child. Thank you Laura!"
"Overall I like the school a lot but few items really bothers me and other moms. cleaness: the bathroom always look dirty, when entering the school there is always a lot of boxes in the main desk, that is the first impression you got when walking into the main door: caos.. look very messy. I liked that they started having someone there in the morning to welcome people, but it lasted for a few months and no longer have it. the communication with the director is not effective, emails never get a response back. I see she is trying to implement good changes but she needs to be more available to hear the parents opnions too."
