"We were very happy with Tutor time until the last year- we've had two different directors and massive turnover, they rooms were out of ratio many days and out son was not being transitioned to the next room due to understaffing- we raised many times with the director and district manager with no appropriate respone. I've seen over 10 kids change programs in the last 1-2 months due to similar issues."
