"This school has a lot of unresolved issues that need to be addressed. They need to have back up plans in place for issues with staff and transportation that don’t result in the parents and kids being put in bad situations. The turnover is concerning… not one of the same staff members currently there between now and when we toured 6 weeks ago including all teachers and director. When issues arise, it’s a “I’m sorry” versus a “let’s find a solution today.”"

"I came here from Goddard because we moved. Years ago we also attended Rising Stars on El Salido. This school is consistently being compared to my experiences at those 2 schools, and it falls short every single time. There are 3 people who I really like at CCY - the main teacher Iyani, Leslie, and the director Greg. And Greg is one of the main reasons I chose this school. But now that he is gone, all the other things I've been unsatisfied about don't seem worth putting up with."

"We've had a wonderful experience so far with Tutor Time. What we love the most is the care and love they have for our child. They truly know how to nurture and provide a safe and fun environment. We love all the pics and videos we get daily as it makes us feel more connected to our child. We enjoy the fun calendar activities too! The director, staff and other children really have been a blessing for our family. They are personable, approachable for any questions or concerns you have, and trusting. Our child is very happy and enjoys going each day—so we 'the parents' are happy! I can't say enough good things about them!"

It does get tough at times because now I don't get to easily interact with my kid's teachers on regular updates, but I put the school in operation in the highest priority over regular communications with the teachers.
