"I would say we are fairly happy. But when we first came on a tour, we were told that there is a referral program and after being there for four weeks you get a week free. That was a big incentive for us to start there. This is our fifth week and now we're being told that There is no longer a referral program. Which makes us very unhappy"

"Tutortime staff has been warm and helpfull with any need or question. The meals they provide are nutritious and healthy. My son loves his teachers and staff."

"The previous director was so warm and loving to all the children and parents, that the transition to the new director, Sheila, has been jarring. She barely knows my child's name, and I would bet that she doesn't know mine. I'm looking for a new daycare for my child, and I'd suggest you do the same."

"I do not feel like there are enough teachers for the number of children in the class and that they are not able to keep a close eye on the children because of that. I don't think that there is really much time at all for the teachers to spend time individually with the babies or try and teach them new skills."

"My experience has been somewhat good with the exception of some safety concerns, high turnover in teachers, and not so appealing food for my child. Once these issues are resolved, this would be a great place. They offer activities for the children like soccer, gymnastics, and piano lessons. Some of the activities are an additional cost but all of the services are at the location. My child really does learn a lot. With any company, there will be issues. I am confident that once the issues are addressed, the facility will rank #1. Right now, they are ranked #3."

"Overall, I really liked this school. The only issues I had were that I had a hard time finding my daughter when I came to pick her up. We picked her up late and the classes would be consolidated into a random classroom. Also, every once in a while she wasn't clean from a dirty diaper or was wearing a diaper from someone else's stock."
