"Great teachers and staff. The only concern I have had and expressed previously in this type of survey is the cleanness of the facility. The teachers can’t clean (meaning bathrooms washing floors, washing doors ) while they are teaching. This should be addressed immediately. There should be a good cleaning service each day cleaning. "Generally positive. I’ve noticed my daughter is often not participating and I used to see teachers trying to encourage her. I haven’t as much lately and I’m not sure why. It’s also difficult to judge because I arrive before her teacher and pick up after the teacher is gone so I don’t get to talk to the people who are with her all day."

"My husband and I love the teachers, Natalie, Concetta and Paige are all wonderful leaders and our children have so much fun here! We absolutely love the school and the people who work there! Concerns are always addressed immediately and honestly. Everyone is willing to help and answer questions. Al the teachers love the kids - even when the kids aren’t in their specific classroom they tend to know names and our kids (1 & 2 year olds) love all of them. We have been very happy here the last 2 years!"

"I started off very happy with this center. I really like the administrators, and my son has been very happy up until a few months ago. Between the biting, bruising, ratio issues, and food issues though, I feel like I've become very disillusioned. I'm trying to give the school one more chance to prove that my son is safe and will continue to be happy there."

"I love the school, director, and most teachers. I hope to see most teachers interact more with the children. There are some teachers I think shouldn't be working there as they don't seem like kid-loving people. That is bothersome to me. I hope the hire friendly, educated people who have experience with children and will want to play with them and teach them early education rather than sitting down watching them, more of baby sitting."

"I really loved our daughter growing up in this school. The faculty really does care about the kids & knows them. My daughter hugs all her past teachers. She will ask if she can go in the other room to hug & say goodbye. She even hugs the Director before she leaves. We’ve had a great experience. I have been extremely pleased at the education she’s received. We have worked together with her teachers on behavioral issues when they have arrived & kept great communication with them. The effort the staff makes to make holidays special for parents and the kids is amazing. It’s a great place. I’m going to miss seeing everyone when my daughter enters elementary school."

I can proudly say I know each teacher on a personal level and I feel confident they all know me. I know they all adore and welcome my children and for that I am thankful. "This school administration is combative excuse laden and lethargic. As I was told when I enrolled MOST PARENTS DROP THEIR KIDS OFF AND DONT WANT TO BE CALLED and this is the attitude this facility management likes. They have some good teachers (ISABELLE ALYSSA MRS ANGRAM MRS WENDY MISS SHANTIA) ALSO KATIE AND AISHA are very good considering the age group they are working with. They are a the only people that a parent can feel good about. They succeed in spite of the management at this facility and it's a shame"
