"Ive seen much improvement in both staff and facility in my four years of experience. Caregiver quality varied greatly depending on the individual, and there was a high volume of abrupt turnaround of staff. The level of flux and discontinuity was often concerning. For the last two years there has been steady improvement in these areas. I feel that right now both staff and management are very solid and dependable. Corporate management should build on this success and continue to improve ways they obtain and retain well-qualified caregivers and staff."

The nursery and Toddler 1 rooms REALLY need safer flooring. the rooms are partially tiled, and partially carpeted with a very thin industrial material. I perceive this as a hazard for bumps and falls. Another thing I would expect for the amount of tuition I pay is an online camera monitoring system. Thank you"
