"Overall ok. My older kid (3yrs old) has a great teacher and daily structure with lots of constant engagement. Unfortunately, my younger one (2yrs old) has a teacher that seems to not really want to be there. Weighing other o"
"We are pleased with our overall experience. However some days communication and updates from his teachers are lacking. We really appreciate the sprout about app and would love more consistent updates on a daily basis."
"Overall we are pleased with our experiences. Our main concern is that there has been a wide range of teachers in the infant room. We understand there is a big staff, however consistent care is important for us to build relationships with teachers and so we can get to know who is taking care of our child. We did have that negative experience that one day. However since then there has not been an issue with a teacher being present."
"We started with a positive mindset and a hope that my child would improve social, learning and school readiness skills. But did not happen! And finally a teacher put her hands on him and threatened him. He was scared and emotionally disturbed and kept crying even after I picked him up soon after the incident. Teachers lied about his whereabouts as well upon my asking. That same teacher was aggressive and super disrespectful to me as well. These kids are not safe in the presence of her and other people like her."
"It’s not so good as I expected , the classroom is really dirty all the time I’ve been to my son’s classroom ."
"The parking situation is a nightmare. Parents are parking everywhere and it makes it dangerous. There are rules on not parking on the sidewalk that no one follows."
"Now that the director and assistance director have changed, we are SIGNIFICANTLY happier. We were on a few waitlists at other schools because we were very unhappy with the previous school leadership. However, Ms. Jessica has drastically enhanced the care our children are provided!"
"Overall mostly happy because our kiddos seem happy and are learning a lot. The variety of play and learning and experiences is great. There are definitely some teachers that are very obviously caring and knowledgeable and great. Also really personally like the new director and Ms. Mikaela among a few other teachers our kiddos love. The biggest issues are number one the safety concern of not being able to keep the proper ratio of students to teachers, lack of communication about important things/incidents, not being able to attract and retain great teachers and therefore those that do stay are burnt out and can't focus on the important things like being able to interact with the kiddos more, and to make it worse there are tuition increases to an already unaffordable price and I have no idea where that money is going, certainly not to what matters most: the teachers. There should not be increased like this when they can't even retain the proper staff."
"Overall the head teachers are polite and kind and try to be receptive to parent concerns. Front desk staff is kind. However throughout the last few director changes there have been times where we were very unsatisfied and felt like our daughter was not receiving the best care. Since new director things have taken a very positive turn."
"We are significantly happier now that Ms. Jessica is the interim school director. Things have DRASTICALLY improved and we believe she truly has our children’s best interests at heart. Their meals are better, education plans are being followed, and the school just looks cleaner! We hope she stays and finds an assistant director as good as she is as well. We are thrilled previous leadership is completely gone now and we can have a fresh start to our children’s care."
"Generally good, we know they care about our child. The communication is terrible."
"So far, this school is not the best fit for our children. There is hardly any interaction with the children. Teachers are standing around and engaged more in cleaning up the toys then actually interacting with the children."
"Overall, it's mediocre. Nothing special, but nothing bad to the point where I've felt the immediate need to pull my children. Most of the teachers are good, but the overall school is completely disorganized. However, they do seem to be understaffed, which can't be blamed on them. The entire state and every field is understaffed right now. But my children are fed and overall safe, and are getting some social engagement, so it's the best I've got right now."

"We have mixed reviews right now about the school. One child is adapting well and loves their teacher. The other is slowly reaching out for teachers in the morning, but seems anxious and confused throughout the day. Getting used to change during a pandemic though is to be expected. It would be nice if there was consistency amongst the staff. Most of the teachers are very sweet and greet our children warmly and affectionately. While the assistant director is cold, distant, and probably needs a desk job behind a cubicle instead of working with children. She doesn't even make eye contact with parents or the children, so that's pretty annoying. We are going to give things another month to see how it goes, but it's getting better. Slowly."
"The teacher showed extraordinary care and love to my child. Was very informative and professional."
