"I think this is a good program, and I feel it was better when we started our first child in the program. The staff were better communicators, and answered calls/emails in a timely matter. I think some staff more that others need more training on ettiquette and how to work with children. Ms.Veronica should not be working with preschoolers. I feel like the you do not have enough staff working in the early pre-school program. There are too many students for one teacher. I believe you all are licensed, and could be in violation for child to student ratio. Who is the director? Is it Sarah or is it Ms. Sam? I only see Ms. Sarah."

"This particular Tutor Time location has had some excellent teachers over the years (particularly Ms. Nikki), but many of those teachers have left the school. During our time there, we have seen 5 directors come and go. Some were better than others, but our general feeling is that all the transition equates to a low quality of leadership, which equates to less than satisfactory care of our child, especially when you consider how much we pay for her to attend. All this transition also creates an environment that is less safe, less nurturing and less academically enriching than it should be. This is not a location that we would recommend to other parents."

"I loved the school when we first enrolled, the stuff nice and friendly, the director Anna, was great...but then the director changed you can feel the tension in the school the moment you enter the school, unfortunately the good teachers left, there is couple more left, but the atmosphere is not the same with new director, it seems that she cares only about the money and that's all, the teachers will not have her support in the classroom , we as a parents saw that... so thanks to the fact that my girl is going to the kindergarten otherwise will change the school..."
