"I do think that having to pay anything more than the equivalent of a one day fee for a week that my child does not attend at all while we are on vacation is a bit unfair. Also, in a perfect world, some kind of allowance would be made for sick days for the kids; maybe you are allowed a couple a year that when used, the parent would not end up having to pay anyway even though the child is out for that day. I understand you guys have to justify the number of teachers present, but kids obviously get sick from time to time. I think it is a little unfair that we have to pay anyway, every single time. Pretty happy otherwise"

"We love this facility. Everybody are nice from the director Anna, the teachers, and the staff. My kids loves all the activities in school. They always have a story to tell on what they do, what they ate and what their friends did that day. Their programs are so nurturing and has helped my kids socially, mentally, physically and emotionally."

There is nothing that anyone has done for me to think about moving my children. They do a good job caring for my children overall. I know that I am the mom everyone dreads talking to and they are counting down the days that both of my kids start school but overall if having to choice a daycare for my children it would probably still be this location. I have to come to terms that this is just a daycare and lower my expectations. Thank you for taking the time to let me type some of my frustrations. I do want to add that I really like the new electronic payment system. I really like the fact that I can exactly how much all the charges are and to be able to pay electronically."
