"My general experience with this school has been good. I think there is room for improvement in communication. Often on drop off and pick up the main teacher(s) are not present. There should be some kind of hand down when personnel rotates so they can report accurately on how the child was that day.I have seen teachers on their phones in the middle of the floor when there are only a few children in the room, ignoring the children climbing on them. Health care. When dropping off my kids I frequently see multiple other children sitting with boogers covering their upper lip. I am told it was just wiped and they don't take additional action at the moment, causing a spread of illness."

"Generally the school has been reliable and safe. Staff is responsive to needs. At times we have struggled with meaningful communication with staff members about our child's day and overall well being. The constant transitional state of the center the past year has just started to settle, but an overall lack of ownership in staff members roles and care for children seems to get lost the typical busy drop off pick up time. Often entering and leaving the center with minimal communication. The automated communication (see mass selecting of all Students and Ate most of lunch) through the app I feel has allowed teachers to disregard updates about my child's day upon pick up. I recognize most drop offs and pick ups happen during a concentrated time, but I have gone multiple weeks with he had a good day and the conversation ends there."
