"Overall our experience has been good. We switched to tutor time because it had better COVID procedures than our previous daycare and we were pleased to find that our son’s education level seemed to quickly improve. As happy as we were with that, we aren’t thrilled with how often the children watch TV (at least twice a day, daily) and the lack of communication between the teachers/staff and the parents. I was used to more daily feedback from teachers so everyday I ask my sons teacher how he did and I’m usually met with a shrug and “fine”. We understand that everything is a little different and strained during COVID but we still hope to see improvements in those areas soon."

"The staff at Tutor Time (Erwin Rd) has become family. My daughter has attended Tutor Time for 3 years, she's a Pre-K 2 graduate, and now enrolled in Summer Camp. The way each staff member has loved, nurtured, and educated my baby has been amazing. And her Pre-K 2 graduation was truly a testament of the outpour of love. My daughter has learned and developed, emotionally, socially, and mentally. She started out very shy and timid being in a new environment and has truly blossomed. She's definitely not shy and timid anymore. The administration staff always answers my questions in a timely manner. And the teachers provide detail updates and pictures. I'll never regret our decision to enroll our daughter in Tutor Time. It was the best decision ever. The staff will forever be a part of our extended family. We're on to Kindergarten in the fall and I'm confident that Tutor Time has prepared us well for the transition.-The Washington Family"
