"The teachers have been great and she has learnt a lot. The price is competitive with surrounding centers but wish that it was a lot less."

"This school is filled with loving staff, from the amazing women you see when you walk in the door to all the wonderful teachers your children will meet as they move through the classrooms. They are very flexible with enrollment, we personally aren't enrolled but purchase a 5 day pass and it enables us to bring our children when we need to (or when they say we want to go back to school! Which they often say) There are always fun activities planned week after week, be it dress up days, Water Play days, days when professionals from the workplace come and visit (chefs, police men, etc). The walls are always covered with pictures of all the kids and examples of the fun work they do throughout the day. The halls are colorful and it is clear that the staff loves what they do, and love all of the children who attend here. Our children love coming to this school. We tried 3 other schools before choosing this one. We are very thankful for all that they do at Tutor Time. :)"

"Great staff! Extremely personable! Provide extra care for my children. Thoroughly hear my concerns and promptly addresses them."
"The front desk is NEVER staffed (except at pick up time, at which point it is swamped with parents so you still have difficulty getting access to the director). The Director of the school has never once spoken to me. The Assistant Director hasn't bothered to learn my name (or most people's from the sound of things) as she just refers to everyone as Mama. She does know my son's name though, for whatever that is worth. The school appears to be relatively clean although constantly smells like a hospital cafeteria. I really like and trust my son's teacher and that is the primary reason I have kept him at this school. I will likely transfer him out once he is ready to move to the next classroom though."
"This school was wonderful up until our child turned 3. After that the care and teaching structure took a complete turn around in the opposite direction. We have visited and compared to other schools and it is not the same type or curriculum and care. This school is very driven on getting kids ready for kindergarten so much they forget they are still dealing with 3 and 4 year olds. Even speaking to friends and professional childhood counselors, teachers, etc... the structure they have in place for 3/4 years old children is too much. There is way too much drive and the nutuiring and caring, one on one, free time to develop is all left behind. The are driven in molding the model school student leaving behind the fact that not all children are the same or learn the same way. The communication becomes next to nothing and when you do reach out, they are a bit defensive and short. I understand this is the point where kids become more independent but i feel so much is just turned off that could still be incorporated into the care. It has been a HUGE disappointment to us as well as other parents that we have spoken to. We have addressed our childs issues and needs several times with staff and it never fails that they do not consider them or seem to even remember. We would love to put any future children in this school and feel 110% secure with the teachers up to the 3 year old mark, unfortunately given the issues that we have had we will look for another center if we have additional children and our child will not be remaining after this school year ends."
"We had several concerns. Toddlers should not be drinking undiluted juice. The toys and equipment looked old and worn. The school itself had an odd smell. We saw an empty soda can sitting on the water fountain in the covered play area. For the price, we were dissatisfied with how poorly maintained the school seemed to be. Who is in charge of the facility? Furthermore, when asked if my child could read quietly instead of nap, I was met with resistance. You are PAID to watch and care for children, I don't care that it's when your teachers take their lunch. Rotate coverage. Do you think parents get uninterrupted lunches? That in my opinion, was a rude response. There are other schools who do not force children to nap, perhaps this facility should seek some guidance in that area."
"The center and the people have a great energy. While I did look at other centers after I looked at TT, I knew TT was the one."
"We have recently switched from a home daycare where my child had been since she was 3 months old. My daughters class teacher met us that first morning one on one and ever since my daughter looks for her each morning. The transition has wonderful. The days she starts to get upset her teacher immediately gets her attention- usually with lets wash our hands and go play and she forgets that she was even upset. All the teachers already know her name and always have something positive to say at the end of the day. Whenever we ask if we need to be working on something at home we get honest answers and practical advice. I worked in a daycare in IL of 5 years and continue to go into many centers as part of my current job. I really appreciate how easy it is to talk to my daughters class teacher about anything related to her needs and development. The rooms are clean and have appropriate toys to promote her development. This is not always try when I travel around other facilities."
"This is a wonderful, we'll run and managed facility with a lot to offer. From Spanish to a strong educational experience and fun activities for children. There may be too intense a focus on parent involvement and expectations for preschoolers to do homework."
"I have had positive experiences with the school thus far. The teachers in my child's classroom have taken great care of him and helped him to advance."
