"I think Tonya and Natalie are great! If they were my child's teachers I'd be ok, but since they're not, my experience with the teachers has just not been as pleasant as I'd like. But I don't have to go there all day everyday, my child does, and she seems to be ok with everyone. So I've stayed at the school this long for her and that's what matters. I think the teachers need to get better at their customer service and for the price I pay for her education, I'd like to be impressed with her learning and with the teacher's curriculum and style, but I'm not!"

"Overall we love this school- I have used it for all of my children. This past few months I had an extremely unpleasant experience with a teacher and it very much tainted my perception of that classroom. My child has now been moved classrooms and I fell much more comfortable leaving him there."

"Overall, I love this school. The staff is amazing and so friendly. They are all very loving to the children and treat them with respect. The safety is great with cameras in and out of the classroom. The prices are steep and I'm not sure where the extra money goes with increases but hopefully the teachers get good pay raises. The teachers really warm my children's hearts, though, and nurture each personality."

"i adore this school but the corporate office is not professional. I received less than gavorable responses on validated complaint. You don't pay your staff well when there are snow days. None of these raises in price seem to be increasing teacher pay. Ms. Tonia is great."

"I love this school. My children love this school which is even more important. The price is a bit steep. There are cameras everywhere and in every classroom and are not streamed over the internet. The teachers are calm, collected, and caring and have education and if they aren't good, they are let go. They don't just keep people around that aren't good around the kids. The education is great, and the activities are wonderful. They communicate well and update you on an app about diaper changes, foods, ect. and can send you notes during the day. The directors and teachers and very easy to talk to and listen and are very polite and warm. It's easy to drop off my children there and I have to drag them out, they love it so much. It's a very clean and organized school. I feel so good about my children being there."

"I love this school and the teachers. It truly is amazing and top notch. Teachers are very calm, never yelling. Teachers are educated and nurturing. My 2 year old learns so much and comes home with such a positive attitude. She is always happy upon pickup. This is vey very different from another school she was in. She comes home talking, singing new songs and saying her friends' names. The only thing I don't like is that the prices are too high. They are almost slightly unreasonable and they increase often. I understand the price will be higher than most places due to the quality but it does seem a bit too high and anxiety sets in when they continue to increase."

It would be nice if they would do something that would help instead of just putting it back on the staff's shoulders. There are so many things that could be done if someone would do it."
