"We really like the fact that there is an app to stay connected with our child throughout the day. We have been particularly unpleased with the way the school follows its safety protocol for reducing the spread of COVID-19. We have caught the teachers and the directors not wear facial masks indoor while talking and our child was carried out to us by a different teacher almost every day at pick-up. Seeing these makes us very concerned about our child's safety. The teacher to student ratio is too high and the center constantly has to get teachers from other classrooms to help out, thereby increasing the risk for spreading COVID-19. We would have loved to see the teachers have more interactions with our child; but because of the high ratio, the teachers are always busy taking care of the basic needs. Our experiences at Tutor Time has not met our expectations at all."

"Teachers could communicate more about what the kids are doing/learning. I don’t know much about the curriculum (if there is one for the 2s). The Admin staff are hot and cold depending on the energy of the day. Id there’s something stressful happening, you can feel it when entering the lobby. The director is pretty inaccessible and not a great communicator."

"From day 1 at 3 months old our child has been cared for by the most amazing teachers and staff! When transitioning to a new classroom the teachers have made the transitions as seemless as possible given the seperation anxiety that our child experienced. We feel that this school has been one of the best parenting decisions we have made!"

"We have absolutely loved this school. All the teachers throughout the school know all the kids, they are engaging, loving and nurturing. One of my fears of moving my kids to a school vs in home daycare was that they would love that love/nurture physical touch but that wasn't the case here. Little kids need that so it's so great that it's provided here and it's genuine. My daughter started right when she was 2 and her development skyrocketed once she was in this school with their curriculum. We have recommended this school to a few families and they have enrolled their kids as well. "Overall, my family is very happy with Tutor Time Cypress. The teachers are very friendly and the kids all seem very happy when in the teachers care. My child was getting sick often at our old school (lack of cleanliness), but we haven't had many illness since starting at Tutor Time, which makes me believe that cleanliness is a huge priority here! I love that the teachers schedules are consistent which gives the kids the consistency they need in a school environment. The teachers aren't changing their times/schedules often, which is comforting to our family. Generally speaking, we know we can always count on our teachers to be in the classroom at drop off and pick up!"
