"So far I have a wonderful experience. My son enjoys going to tutor time. The teachers and staff are very nice and they go beyond their job duty to accommodate the needs of our family. We are truly blessed to find a preschool like tutor time."

"I would like to see the teachers play with the infants more instead of letting them lay on the floor. When the teachers are sick, they should stay home to get better. The floor should be swept and then mop daily. Overall, this daycare is okay but needs improvements."

"At first glance, we thought this school was the ideal place for our child. However as time wore on, we began to notice things that things weren't what they seemed. We were told that the infant area flooring would be clean (booties were to be worn by anyone entering the room). What's the point of booties if they are worn outside by staff members and worn back in the room? Carpet had dirt and dried leaves from the previous day (was on the carpet at the start of the day). Tuition was increasing every few months. Directors were constantly changing. At one point the director left after a few weeks. As a parent it makes you wonder what is wrong the corporation that a director would want to leave so quickly. Toys with saliva were left on the floor for the next child to put into their mouth. I understand that staff members can't have their eye on everything but during the tour the director made it sound like the facilities were super clean. This was not the case as my daughter was constantly getting sick. HVAC vent was only in the play area so it would be freezing in one corner of the room, and warm in another, especially the sleeping area. A ceiling fan had to be turned on. On a side note, Barbara and Crystal in the infant room are GREAT!!! I can not say anything negative about these women. They treat the children as their own. Please hire more people like them."

"My son's elbow got dislocated at this facility and the teachers had no idea how or when it happened. Raised a few questions. I think that there should be cameras linked to a website where the parents can go on and watch our kids at any time we would like."
