"My child loves to go to school, thank you"
"Please be open and ready for kids at 6:30am when the school opens. It can be difficult to make it to work on time."
"We love this school! So far I feel like there are too many kids in the preschool room, to keep tabs on everyone; so I am not sure about how much teacher-student interactions there are? Drop-off and pick-up times seem so chaotic that Im not sure they are always watching when the door opens/closes and kids are arriving or leaving."
"very happy with the school and their care"
"I have really enjoyed being able to see my child throughout the day and knowing how he is doing!"
"Seems to definitely be something going on with teachers being unhappy. Heard teachers complaining in director's office several times and lots of turnover. Always shuffling babies between infant 1 and 2 to make ratios. Also bumped up from infant one four months ahead of corporate timelines before we were even crawling. We loved infant 1 teachers and have had quite a let down moving to infant 2."
"I have been very happy since moving to Tutor Time. I know that my children are thriving and well cared for and any issues are communicated with me promptly."
"Good experience, love the director Angela"
"Overall, we really enjoy this school (Dewitt, MI) as do our kids! I am really pleased at how organized they are, how many activities they have for the kids each day and how much the kids have learned while attending. Also, they have been very helpful in managing their food allergies while eating at school, which is a great relief for us parents!2 areas for improvement are:1. The transition into a new classroom is not communicated to parents at all- we show up and cannot find his coat hook- and when we ask the teacher, they say oh yeah he's moving up to the next class (as if it was decided long ago and we weren't told?)- this has happened with his last two moves. They just moved his stuff into a different classroom. I consider myself a person who likes to be informed but also- Let the parents help with the transition by talking to the kids about it- I think it can ease any nervousness that the kids have about changing classrooms. 2. The maintenance of the parking lot in the winter needs attention-it is usually plowed, but there is usually a lot of ice in the parking lot and on sidewalks, causing a slip/fall hazard for the parents, staff and kids."
"Overall the director and assistant director are wonderful and helpful. There seems to be such a high turnover with teachers over the last few years, that we don't feel like the teacher provide a educational atmosphere."
"I have had many problems. Teachers (with the exception of a very few) don't care about the children. They don't care to get to know them. They don't care to teach or challenge them. They don't care to resolve problems when they are informed of issues. They serve packaged foods and rarely have fresh fruit from what I can see. Very unhappy with this place and I will be taking my child elsewhere."
"My daughter is learning so much and having a great time while doing so. The teachers are very loving, patient and attentive."
"I love the staff at this school- they are attentive, caring and spend a lot of time creating a great environment for my kids- I would highly recommend it!"
"The tour was pleasant and informative. It would have been nice to have more specific answers to our questions on allergy and health concerns, however our guide did provide the director's contact information so we could follow up after the holiday."
"We have been extremely happy with the reception and care for our child. The teaching staff have been extremely warm and display an obvious care for our son that helps us rest comfortable while we're unable to watch him. Couldn't ask for a better experience!"
