Directors have been consistent and responsive. Quality of care and curricuulum is strong. My children have been well-prepared for kindergarten."

"My older daughter attended Tutor Time which is why we enrolled our younger daughter. The directors, Cortnee and Tracey are absolutely fantastic and it's because of them that we chose Tutor Time again. I do have some process improvement suggestions for the Downers Grove location: 1) Create a drop-box that's in the open for parents to drop off important forms/documents instead of trying to locate one of the directors to turn in forms. 2) I would love for there to be a location specific website for Tutor Time parents to easily download forms and even upload forms. The biggest issue I have with Tutor Time is managing paper forms; having to sign, date and return paper forms is a bit antiquated. 3) I think it would be helpful to have the weekly curriculum available to parents digitally. My husband typically picks up our daughter and he NEVER pays attention to the classroom calendar for upcoming activities that require action on my part. It's a bummer when water play is missed because my husband didn't see that our daughter needed a swimsuit, towel, etc. However, if this information was posted somewhere digitally for me to easily access it would be extremely helpful!"

"Overall we're satisified but NOT very satisified. There are many days that I wonder what my child has done all day. I know she's learning some things as she talks about them at home. Potty training and a change to nap schedules was really tough for us as the teachers were not as committed as we were to this process."

"We chose this school because it was very close to us and had an opening when we needed. However I regretted it almost immediately - at first I thought I need to give it more time and things would settle, after all, teachers and kids need to get accustomed to one another. However, it's still a struggle several months later. I've been having troubles getting the staff to respect my child's schedule. I also don't like the general level of cleanliness of the school. There aren't enough activities to develop the child, and even less outdoor activities. And we constantly take our child home with his face dirty, usually from when he eats solid food - keeping in mind he eats 3-4h hours before we pick him up."
