"The biggest change this school/corporation could make is NOT to incentivize your managers by giving them bonuses if their school/districts save money. This drives the wrong behavior and places corporate earnings before the welfare of the children - and no, these things cannot co-exist as equally important in a corporate structure. They are at odds with one another. When you give bonuses based on cost savings, you end up with the least educated workers (because you're offering the lowest pay), the fewest staff members, low quality programs, not good academic supplies, and cheap food.....all things that are not in the best interest of the kids. Until this changes, the wrong behaviors will always be driven."

"Had an issue with our deposit not handled way back in Jan. and lost our spot. Felicia did everything in her power to make sure she was able to fit us in. Very frustrating as a parent since the waiting lists are almost a year long so props to her for dealing with us during that hectic time. I know I was less than pleasant to deal with at the time. Other than that mishap (we know it was an individuals fault not the companies) Tutor Time has met and exceed our expectations for our son"

"We have had a good to exceptional experience. My son’s safety is a priority to me and I feel that his caregivers and leadership share that priority. There are different styles of care and a diverse set of caregivers; this works for us and we appreciate it - I think it strengthens the program. We have also experienced open communication and therefore, feel like we can ask any questions at any time. I have no concerns and would (and have) recommended this daycare to friends."

"I am not thrilled that my location is on it's 3rd director. The current director seems to be a little over her head. I am not sure I will continue to use tutor time if she doesn't get her act together soon. "Amazing pre-k teachers! Frequent staff turnover in the other rooms as well as the director is a bit disappointing. Maybe pay the teachers better and they’d want to stay. Parents certainly pay enough tuition."

"Our experience for the children and parents and grandparents at Tutortime has been positive in every way. We have always been welcomed and treated respectfully and feel like part of a “family”. The children receive educational skills necessary for success in school and social skills are taught and lovingly reinforced.
