"Tutor Time at East Northport has been a wonderful place for our children to start learning, socializing, and developing their sense of selves. I love the live-stream cameras which give an added sense of security and peace for me in the day. The teachers do a wonderful job of engaging with the children and creating a friendly and happy environment. I also like that they are open until 6, which is critical for us working parents. Overall, A+"

"When we first came to the school in 2021 we had a great experience. Since the Fall of 2023, we have been disappointed in many ways, lack of communication from management and high staff turnover to the point where classrooms needed to be closed are two major issues that have led us to find alternative childcare for our children for the upcoming school year"

"Prior to the change in directors we had an amazing experience at TT. Once the new director/management took over it has been a completely different experience and the transition has had several challenges, with the biggest challenge for myself being the communication around Cristiano and his transition. I absolutely love the staff and all the teachers specifically: Miss Lenor, Miss Jess, Miss Kristen, Miss Brittney & Miss Shamila… both my children have had these teachers and I can’t sing their praises enough. We BEYOND love all the teachers this is why we have staid here even though we were unhappy with the front desk management."

"Compared to when we first enrolled 6+ years ago to now, the school has taken a massive step backwards, focus on curriculum and learning for most of the year was gone, there was no consistency in classroom teachers, staff, over populated room with I correct student to teacher ratios. Unfortunately there was a long wait list at other daycare facilities or I would have pulled my child sooner."

"Overall we love this school and adore all of the teachers. They are so friendly and go out of their way to say hi and engage with all of my kids. It seems like the whole teaching staff knows all of my kids by name and that they’re related to each other and that we’re their parents. It’s such a welcoming environment provided by the teaching staff specifically. We’ve always love that aspect of Tutor Time."

"Not great. Assistant teachers are horrible and do not care about the children. They have no experience. They never have anyone at the front desk. I feel like anyone can come in the building. The playground is rubbed down and not safe. Not sure what they do with our money."
