"At enrollment in February, we were told updates would be made to the room's. No changes have been made. The rooms and toys appear dirty and always emit a strong odor. There is no teacher dress code -- some arrive in sweatpants. There is a huge dip in the ground near playground equipment that could cause a child serious injury. During a fire alarm it did not appear there any procedures were appropriately followed and parents were met at the door by an employee would could not give any direction or information about children's whereabouts. Lynn constantly has a negative attitude and rarely greets parents when they walk in creating an uncomfortable environment."

"I really love this place! I love how the children are always respectful and sweet upon pick up and drop off. I love how kind and warm my daughter’s teachers are. I love the friendly staff who I have daily chats with. Everyone is sweet and makes me feel comfortable and have confidence in where I’m leaving my child for 5 hours a day! Great over all."

"There is a good director who is doing her best and jumps in to help with childcare. The main teachers in my children’s classes have been great when we get to see each other. However the assistant/floating staff could use more training and involvement with the children in the class. I have seen when some assistants/floaters are just sitting there even when a child hits another child. The main teacher is occupied doing a needed responsibility so the assistant/ floating staff should be more hands on with the care of the children. But the main teacher is left to address the aftermath."
